I hope the big bad goat doesn't leave a big impact in the Equestria Girls universe. But I think it couldn't happen since he's focusing on Princess Twilight and her friends. But I believe they can take him down together.

Though it sounds counter intuitive since this is for FiM, we can’t allow spoilers for Season 9 to be in any other area besides S9 spoilers. After two weeks from the premier we’ll move this back to EqG.

Well; anything is possible. The Storm King's magic affected the EqG world even after he was defeated, so it's fair to say that Grogar's power could do the say.
