Canon episode ideas that came from the comics (or the fanfics)?

What comes to your mind when thinking of MLP TV show ideas that originally csme from the comics and/or inspired by it?

First thing that comes in mind is that Chrysalis trying to disrupt the Mane Six by using replicas of them in The Mean Six.

I'm not sure, but the idea of Daybreaker definately came from the fandom or the comics, I don't know which one is first.

Pinkie Pie using chaos magic in The Ending of the End aslo happened in the comics and has been explored way further.

The other thing is Pinkie trying to bring laughter back to Cheese Sandwich at The Last Laugh, is similar to one of the comics episode that Pinkie trying to convince the legendary circus clown Ponyachi not to quit.

The alternative futures from The Cutie Re-mark and the idea itself is very similar to the thought process of many comic book events, but I don't know a specific episode from the comics that is a direct reference.

What are the ideas you know that came from the comics (or the fanfics) and ended up being in the TV show?

Princess Luna's micro-series comic being the plot for A Royal Problem. Granny Smith's Friends Forever being the basis for Viva Las Pegasus. Going to Seed is basically the Applejack micro-series issue. Just swap the Great Seedling for the Sasquash. To a lesser extent, Forgotten Friendship runs with the themes of the first EQG holiday special.

I'm not sure, but I think that Sombra was an OC and in a fanfic before he was introduced to canon.
