I am sorry, no hard feelings buuut... 
Why is it... eeh... suggestive? Don't get me wrong, your drawing is great, but the first thing that came through my head was "what, why?"
Just being honest 

Imo to be more specific if the nipples and the bulge weren't there it would have been nice but different people different style I guess?
I don't really want to seem rude.

You are not being rude. I think you are asking the question many of us wanted to ask. It's odd, especially when this is a forum meant for all ages. 
For the art itself, i think you got talent but this is nothing that i would ever want to look at.
