What if there was a villain that was the ideological opposite of Starlight Glimmer?

During her time as a villain, Starlight believed that lack of special talents led to total equality and tried to remake Equestria under that belief. So what if there was another villain whose beliefs were the polar opposite of her's? What do you think her ideology would be?

(Not counting Discord, of course.)

Well, a clearly-opposite villain would be someone who wants the world to be dictated by ponies’ marks. Someone who wants everyone to follow their preordained paths with no deviation whatsoever.

But what would that look like? Would they take over with force, or try to create their perfect world from the shadows? And what else could be different from Starlight?

She sounds like an interesting villain. Some points are different to Starlight’s, but some are similar.

True, but she doesn’t sound like a direct opposite. A more vicious dictator, sure. I will admit, her interest in building a power-based hierarchy is a big contrast with Starlight’s interests.

Alternatively, it could be somepony who believes unicorns are superior to pegasi and earth ponies and destined to rule Equestria. Basically a Nazi in pony form.
