Would you believe it's difficult to play games that came from other countries? (Such as Japan import or European) I'm just asking for a friend.

Depends. There's plenty if games shared internationally. The difficulty I think would come from a lack of cultural understanding for characteristics of the game that may differ from what we're familiar with, as well us simple mistranslation and trying to introduce one's that are more complicated than what someone may be used to.

As long as the person introducing the game knows it thoroughly enough and has the patience to teach it, the. The experience should be no different than introducing a new game from their home country as well.
