Courageous Thunder Dash 7,824 November 20, 2022 Share November 20, 2022 You may recall me discussing about ball pits but there's one other pit that I'm curious about...foam/sponge pits...usually found in gymnastics studios...those large holes filled with cubed pieces of foam to create very soft landings. Most foam pits are characterized as loose, meaning a hole is filled with the foam cubes. Nowadays, in some places, foam is packed into a single soft pad. So, have you had any experiences with foam pits? I used to be afraid of them. I didn't like the feeling of the foam, even though it was very soft. Now, I'm totally over it. At my local trampoline park, I do various flips into a foam pit. I must say, loose foam pits can be really hard to get out of. So, what are your experiences with foam pits? Dreambiscuit 10,094 November 20, 2022 Share November 20, 2022 I have never encountered one of these but to be honest I am seriously intrigued! I want to try one, and I don't mind if they're hard to climb out of; it's all part of the challenge. Now I've got to find one somewhere.

If you have one of those trampoline parks near you, there may be a foam pit there. Feels like you're landing on a super soft cloud. I love stuff like that.

Sometimes, I think about cuddling in one and falling asleep... Moonbacon 384 November 20, 2022 Share November 20, 2022 Remembering what happened with that one Twitch streamer who jumped into one and got a permanent back injury, I think I can live just fine without experiencing foam pits.
Clawdeen 15,453 November 20, 2022 Share November 20, 2022 (edited) Yeah after seeing what happened to the twitch streamer I’ll pass on the foam pit. Jumping on some foam isn’t worth a potential life changing injury. Edited November 20, 2022 by Clawdeen * Freaky Just Got Fabulous *
Nitobit 1,887 November 20, 2022 Share November 20, 2022 I like them. I haven't been to a trampoline park in a while, but I remember stacking the cubes on top of each other, making walls, and doing flips over them into the pit. Or just crashing into them. Both options equally fun.
