Enter it and see the requirement of the quest. 

Usually it just lets you do something and bring proof in the  Adventure Quest area.

Im actually worried that some peeps dont know this system yet. Especially the new comers... Hence whenever i see someone new i invite them and convert them into our cult so they wont escape no more.....

I have no idea... I just started it.... Well i gave 1 of my points to someone... Hence me having an odd number.
