It was a big one. 

It would roll down the mountain and end up at the other side of the sea water river. 

The cyclops opens it's eyes and sees its first meal.

Hopefully the cyclops don't know how to swim.

 

Titanium freezes, lost in the insanity that lay before her. "What... What is going on?... Meteors, rifts in space-time, and a giant cyclops..." She stares intently at her bat "Yeah... Yeah I'm way out of my depth here." She turns away from the cyclops, seemingly oblivious to the danger she is in. "I'm... going to go lie down," she mutters as she slowly starts heading back towards her companions.

For now however, he quickly jumped out of the water, put on the proton pack and began blasting the cyclops in the eye, hoping to blind it.*

Moonlight tries to take off and help Slipstream, but all that splashing made his fur too heavy to fly. He looks sadly at Titanium, looking the most defeated he's ever seen her. "Hey, Ti-"

Before he can finish, the water surface starts to vibrate, and a moment later a big claw shoots out of the water, grabbing the bat pony.

"Agh! Titanium! Help!" As he screams, the rest of the creature emerges out of the sandy bottom of the river. It's a big, pony-sized crab, holding Moonlight tight and shaking him like a toy.

(To be fair, Slipstream is secretly a time traveler with an unknown past. Of course he's gonna be stronger. If you want him de-powered, just throw hallucinogenic smoke his way, he'll be out for a few hours, hallucinating about his past.)

*Slipstream blasted the cyclops, wondering if it was once Shrapnel, and hoping that he could save his friend.*

tge cyclops would just try to grab them and eat them. although; the cyclops is more hungry for some crab pony and began attacking the giant crab pony. It is a much more better choice to eat and have a fill rather than just eating bite sized ponies.

It seems it worked itself out and made the team escape such a dangerous event.

Although we do not know what happened to @Lawyer Slips friend... Maybe he is stuck on limbo?

 Who knows where that portal have thrown that meteor?

As they cross the salt watered river the sky at the center of the forest began to darken and a portal rift can be seen from afar. It was quite huge.

At this point perhaps the team has collected enough evidence and could turn in the quest so they could get the reward? Or perhaps delve deeper and see what else is instored for them.

Titanium had spent the entire encounter completely zoned out of reality, nothing made sense anymore, reality was unravelling all around her, and everything she thought she knew was brought into question. seconds felt like days as the chaos around her unfolded, a cyclops and a crab-pony were suddenly in a fight to the death, destroying the landscape under giant hoof and foot, Moonlight was screaming one minute, and then seemingly flung free from the crab-pony's grasp. Waves from the battle flung her back, spiralling beneath the salty water, the suns' rays bounced through the rippling water and suddenly... She was washed ashore, gasping for breath.

Titanium rolled over, witnessing the spreading darkness of the portal rift, a storm of magical energy she had never witnessed before... But that was seemingly normal compared to what she had been exposed to over the last hour. Slowly standing, she hobbled towards the others who had already made it across the river. Drenched and colours faded, she obviously appeared much worse for wear, and her mental state echoed her physical appearance. With ears ringing and thoughts clouded, her only desire was to make it out of this nightmare alive.

He wished he hadn't come on this adventure and was surprised Moonlight's mental health was still normal. He knew though, he needed to leave. He caused all this, so he was going to leave.*

Actually, on second thought guys, do what you want. I'm outta here. I can sense that you guys are freaked out, and all of this is getting linked to me.

It'd be better if I wasn't here.

You don't get it do you? Things are only going to get worse and more confusing from here on in. I'm the one giving you a chance. My being here is only going to break reality more and more until, like a rubber band stretched too far, it'll snap. 

Sigh . . . I'll stay, but for 3 reasons.

1: I want my friend back

2: there's an anomaly in there, and I made myself a promise to seal it
