The OP doesn't really match the poll... but, okay.... Lauren Faust isn't the GREATEST producer... but she was decent... don't think she's the exec. producer anymore of the show.

You could have added this poll on your other thread you made, it would probably have been much better there.

I vote greatest though I don't know too many producers.

Don't think she quit, I think she just decided to step down and became a writer.. or something

I would argue that Steven Spielberg or John Lasseter are better producers in general; both have a great number of excellent films under their belt, and whose careers have spanned longer than Fausts has.

Movies like everything Pixar made and all of the English dubs of Studio Ghibli films. Or for Spielberg, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Back to the Future, Jurrasic Park, all of the new Transformers movies, Munich, Men in Black and Saving Private Ryan, among others.

 

However, Lasseter being an employee of Pixar and excellent friend of Brad Bird (who worked with Faust in the past) it would surprise me if Ponies were not in his office somewhere somehow.
