My MLP OC Confetti Kei, who I originally drew back in May. She's a singer whose songs can be described as cute but d3adly. Confetti dresses in fairy kei fashion and puts lots of accessories on herself, especially on her mane. Confetti Kei was originally from Vanhoover before moving to Ponyville, where she befriended Vinyl Scratch. She wishes to be a famous singer someday. I will come up with more lore of Confetti Kei in the future.
