What Mysteries, Plot Threads, or Other Loose-ends Would You Wish Were Answered and Resolved?

Now that it's been a good few years since G4 concluded, what mysteries, plot threads, or other loose threads would you wish were answered and resolved?

I'm personally still curious where the School of Magic got Spike's egg from and what that could imply on a larger scale. Since it has been more or less confirmed dragons are born and raised in the Dragonlands with some kind of family unit and then depart at adulthood, how did his egg get to the school in the first place? Were there any other eggs at the school just like Spike and thus, other students who may have baby dragons of their own? or was he just a one-off occasion that somebody just happened upon and had sent to the school for studying purposes?

It very likely is just a case of earlier strangeness that doesn't fit very well into the later established lore, since a lot has changed since the dragons' earlier depictions as just simple roaming beasts and Spike being considered more a fancy magical pet than an adoptive family member, though it still is a shame that lil mystery was never fully resolved. Not that it would change his relationship with Twilight and his adoptive family in the slightest since they very much love and accept him either way, but you'd think at some point they would've at least asked the school "Hey where did you guys get that egg anyway?" that way our poor lil guy could at least finally have some closure regarding his birth family, since it was an on-and-off point of struggle for him throughout the series

8-I don't really think pure evil villains need a explanation for why they're evil, but Cozy Glow really makes me curious, what happened to her? It was some parent abuse or what?

9-What happened to Tempest Shadow? What about the pirates and Klugetown?

And now these last 3 are basically about the same subject:

10-Spiritual Powers clearly exist in Equestria, The Tree of Harmony clearly works through spirit and essence, and not magic as the show constantly tries to make us believe, the true actually isn't magic at all as its powers are purely based on spirit, not magic, magic is actually one of the elements of harmony, a power that can be used by the Tree and is part of its spirit along with the other 5 elements, but it's not part of its concept, the Tree is usually seen in the show doing stuff that can only be done if it uses spiritual powers or the power to sense, it projects a spiritual form of itself in the figure of Twilight, it's spirit continues alive even after its physical tree form is destroyed, what is the origin of this power? What's the origin behind this tree? Its seed? Where did the pillars find it? It's potentially the most powerful being in all of Equestria, and it seems to continue that way with the Together Trees in G5.

11-How come no one in this world seem to know about Spiritual Powers? Twilight calls the elements of harmony "Spirits", but we never get to see concept explored any further, why thw beings in this world decided to use magic only? The most impressive demonstration of power in the show, the Rainbow Powerups, are originated from a life form that doesn't use magic at all, why Twilight never tried to learn about it, does everyone believe the Tree is magical, and not spiritual?

12-We get to see Twilight training with Zecora in Season 3's "Magic Duel", and well, the training clearly is very different from any kind of "magic training" we see in the show, Zecora demands concentration from Twilight and we it doesn't seem like she's trying to teach magic to Twilight, after all Twilight already knows a lot about magic, unfortunately, we don't get to see more of this training, the scene cuts, and we only see Zecora saying "you learned all of my lessons", what exactly were these lessons? What is a Zebra with no magic powers going to teach a Unicorn? Given how the training seen on-screen is apparently focused on "mind and concentration" I believe Zecora knows a bit about Spiritual Powers, so that allows Twilight to have better control over her power, but it's definitely not enough, Twilight still says "my magic is not good enough".

That's pretty much it, these were all the mysteries of G4 I would like to see answered or solved, at least the ones I could remember

Whether or not that rainbow maned stallion from "Games Ponies Play" is related to Rainbow Dash, and if so, what his relation is to her (i.e. Is he her uncle? Older brother? Cousin?). It has been confirmed that he's not her dad, so that's immediately ruled out.

Did Sunset Shimmer stay in the human world after graduating from CHS or did she return to Equestria? I'M SO SAD WE'LL NEVER KNOW! 😭
