What Mlp character your most like?

If we're talking about Mane Six, I wished I could say my persona was similar to Fluttershy's, but in the past I haven't been as friendly as her.

Have I truly earned the right to compare myself to the fictional character Fluttershy? I mean, I used to get into fights with people, and while my brothers had forgiven me for my violent actions toward them during my teen years which was a long time ago. During my early 20's I still got into fights with people around my street, no, I have not caused them to die or any permanent injury, but I was mean tempered when I was younger and I regret it even if they said things which irritated me at the time.

 

As an agnostic I don't have any religious belief, so going to church would never have helped. Regrets from the things I had done, adding to depression and anxiety which I still haven't discussed with a therapist about which is what I should be doing.

as for comparing myself to an MLP character I most closely align with, I'm more like Princess Luna than Fluttershy, since Luna used to be Nightmare Moon and was violent toward her sibling, her sister Celestia. But her reasons for attacking her, while not justifiable in MLP FIM show, were different, if we're not including the comic, Luna did not do those things because Celestia said harsh things about her, she got into a fight with her from a misunderstanding and blamed her for other Ponies discriminating against her. I regret to say my reasons were more selfish than that, I wasn't thick skinned enough to take criticism and I was too quick to anger.

Thats Great you change into a fantastic better person.  I sometimes get anger in me when someone bullies but I calm down and talk.

I’m most like Rarity I think. I may not be as stylish as she is, but I do appreciate style as a rule and she’s one classy pony, which is something I like and hope to imitate.

Oughghh, It’s hard to pick just one character I’m most similar to. I guess if I absolutely had to limit it to one it’d be Princess Luna. I’ve always been a night person, and I relate to her personal struggles quite a bit.

If it’s not just one character I’d say I’m most similar to some combination of Luna-Izzy-Fluttershy-Misty-Twilight in that order.

Luna, already mentioned.

Izzy, I like making stuff, I like being creative, and I relate a lot to her general attitude.

Fluttershy, I like animals and am generally soft spoken.

Misty, anxiety, and the whole not fitting in thing like with Luna

Twilight, I can be very neurotic and have a bad habit of sometimes hyper focusing on just one thing for an unhealthy amount of time without realizing it.

Fluttershy is a fictional character I wish for my personality to be like, soft spoken and considerate of others feelings, even if I have to keep quiet about certain things. There is wisdom in knowing when to speak and when to act. I'm not saying the other characters are incapable of empathy. Rainbow Dash shows it for Scootaloo in episode Sleepless in Ponyville, and it is not the only example where she behaves like that toward other Ponies, another episode she shows her support of her friends is in episode Hurricane Fluttershy, and while her initial comment about Fluttershy was insensitive at first, after Rainbow Dash realized how much Fluttershy was hurting, seeing tears stream down her face after being overwhelmed by her inability to fly as quickly as other Pegasi, with low wing power, Rainbow Dash realized she messed up and offered her support and encouragement for Fluttershy to succeed. 

Honestly I would love to have a supportive friend like RD if I were in that fictional world as a Pony myself.
