Favorite DVD Bonus Features

Does anyone else remember checking out the bonus features on their favorite DVDs? Did you have any favorites? Two of my favorites were Far Far Away Idol from Shrek 2 and Reel of Misfortune from Mickey’s House of Villains.

I like anything that has 'Making Of' documentaries, like the Special Edition of Beauty and the Beast (1991). All of my Star Wars dvds are pretty loaded with stuff too. And The Incredibles has an ‘incredible’ amount of bonus materials, including Jack-Jack Attack and even an episode from a fictional TV series. These are among the outstanding candidates that come to mind.

I was going to say Far Far Away Idol as well. Thats was pretty funny.

I like listening to the audio commentary while watching the movie, gives a nice peek into what as going on while they were making it.

The DVDs for the Star Wars prequels had a ton of bonus content from what I remember. Deleted scenes, documentaries of what went on behind the scenes, etc.

I'm not going to claim they're perfect films, but seeing the love and work that went on behind the scenes definitely gave me a larger appreciation for them.
