a group of thugs approached Detective

 

"look! some copper! we can take him!"

 

before any of them could get near, he raised his desert eagle and shot all 5 of them

"Could it of been a reaper, or Zlo?" he asked

Rain shrugged helplessly. "I have no idea," she sighed.

[Chickey 383]

Shadow shrugged "Alright" and grabbed the two pistols and put them back in a gun rack.

Rain watched Shadow and then suddenly felt a pain in her chest. She ignored it, thinking she just had some cramps, but suddenly it felt as though she was splitting open. She fell to her knees with a gasp, clutching at her chest with a shudder.

Shadow looked at her nervously "Y-you alright?" he asked unsure of what was happening.

Rain just looked down at her chest, still gasping, unable to respond as she was suddenly vomiting blood, curled in the fetal position and literally jerking.

Detective continued along looking at all broken abandoned buildings, he reloaded the desert eagle, he had to be ready for anything

Shadow watched for a few moments trying to think of what was happening, then it hit him. "Oh god" he said picking her up and carrying her back to the room with the couch. He set her down and held onto her, in a attempt to make stop shaking.

Rain stared at him with wide, unfocused eyes, still jerking as she made choking sounds, obviously trying to say something before she vomited again.

"Just t-try to stay calm. It will be a-all over soon" he said panicked as he held onto her.

Rain stopped moving suddenly, drawing in short raspy breaths.

That's when she started screaming. The pain was worse than even the burning she had felt-now she felt like she was being burned from the inside out.

And the screams were terrible enough even to make the bravest person shudder as they reverberated around the room, echoing throughout the building.

Detective heard a faint muffled scream coming from a near by building

All the soldiers could hear Rain, none of them said anything.

 

Shadow couldn't do anything, he just held onto Rain in hopes that it would be over soon for her.

Detective leaned against the door he heard the screams from, he took out a UMP .45 out from his trenchcoat, he loaded AP rounds,

Rain was panting now, and she hung her head, squeezing Shadow tightly.

"Is...is it over?" she asked weakly.

"Pretty much" he said "Just try to get some rest if possible"

 

There were guards outside the door, and the steel entrance was locked shut.

he tried the door, it was no ordenary door, this would take some doing, he took out a pack of C4 and planted it on the door

 

he got to a safe postion but one where he could still face the door

The guard by the door ripped the C4 off and chucked it at the Detective "What do you think you are doing?" they asked.

Lockhart tried to do a double lariat to catch Fear off guard.

Detective was caught off gaurd by the 2 gards appearence

 

he quickly shot both of them his UMP

 

Fear moved quitely around in the thick fog he kicked lockhart in the back

One of the guards was hit in its arm, while the other's vest was blocking the bullets. Deciding the talking was over they pulled out their guns and shot at Detective.

(detective has armor piercing rounds in his UMP)

 

He took cover from the 2 gaurds behind a wall, he pulled out an S&W 500 and fired back

Lockhart recovered from the kick, then set the room ablaze, alowing him to see.

The two guards were killed, and slumped down by the door.
