So turns out I fell asleep last night and missed the launch and consequently my shot at #8. Fortunately I managed to secure what I believe is the eighth introduction topic, and also Member #16. Which is 8*2! Close enough! I'm kind of sad now considering apparently we didn't have thousands of members flocking in at the beginning and the chance to secure #8 was, in fact, very real. Unless I'm reading it wrong in which case oh. Then again, seems like we opened pretty late/early in the morning so I wouldn't have made it anyway. But enough of that. I've never been particularly good at introductions. Nor have I been good at forming coherent thoughts. And I'm being totally upstaged by all the people making big long introduction posts. I'm not going to do that. I'm just going to finish these thoughts and submit the post and wallow in my envy. Oh, and maybe get enough posts to pimp out my profile and such. Oh, right. Favorite pony. Gonna go with The Great and Powerful Trixie. Probably because I can relate a great deal to Trixie, which may or may not be a very good thing. On the contrary, it's probably a bad thing. A very bad thing. A horrible thing. But I love every second of it. Fell asleep at around 12:30 listening to In The Dark of the Night and then woke up a bit past 5, swearing vigorously at my missed chance to grab #8. And you can bet I'll be, like, smashing some eight balls all up in this place later or something. Considering I have less than five hours of sleep under my nonexistent belt I should probably do the sleeping thing now, but getting my posts up and Vriskafying my profile I think is more important than any sort of... pfft... sleep. That said if I'm rambling more than usual it's probably because I'm running on so little sleep. Whoops!
