Diana half smiled and nodded. "We DO have elemental powers on our side, after all." She grinned, showing her spiked teeth. "And the teeth. And claws. And tails." She smirked. "And teamwork." She looked up at the sky.

Ender looked up at the sky as well.

"And we have the sky. We have the power of flight, something the humans will never have. And yes, we have each other. And that won't be ending anytime soon, I will make sure of it."

Diana half smiled and nuzzled him gently. "I sure hope not." She rested her head against his neck and closd her eyes, thinking about the humans and the power they didn't know about. Where could theyy have learned it? She thought. She sighed.

Ender nodded his head slowly and sighed along with her.

"Worrying about it will only cause suffering. We need to stay strong for each other. Let us move on to different things."

He stepped away from the dead body of the human.

Diana turned her head away from the human. She closed her eyes and opened them a few seconds later. "Ok. Where to now? The human village, or somewhere else?" She stretched her wings out, as well as her front legs.

Ender opened his wings as well, preparing to shoot into the sky. He turned his head back to Diana and said,

"Wherever the winds take us. If we simply search for them, it becomes a hunt. We cannot hunt forever."

Diana smirked and took off into the sky, flapping her wings a few times. "Let's follow the wind then. Maybe we'll find somewhere new. " She blinked, lost in thought. "I'd love to see the ocean. I'll bet it's beautiful."

Ender flew up alongside her, enjoying the way his wings cut though the air. He nodded at her request and said,

"I'd love to take you. So let us get going then, we're wasting daylight staying here y'know!"

She nodded and flew at a steady pace after him, looking at the ground every now and again to make sure they weren't being followed by anything. She sighed and the feeling of her hair blowing around in the wind.

Ender kept his speed to where he could stay right beside Diana, in case anything decided to go wrong as they were flying. He could see that Diana was also enjoying the way the wind pushed her hair around, which made him chuckle quietly.

Diana looked at him and smirked. She dived down suddenly and pulled up sharply, spiraling upward and popping up on the other side of him with grace and ease. She grinned at him. "I had to practice something when I hadn't met you."

Ender smiled right back at her as she flew around in the air.

"Seems you got it perfected, eh? I don't usually fly anyway.. I was stuck in my cave most of the time. Always afraid to leave it, all that junk."

"I get bored around the lake, so I practiced flying and using my element powers." She shrugged. "I never really strayed far. I've been attacked by humans before, just not with their voices." She closed her eyes for a few seconds.

Ender chuckled softly.

"Understood about the bored thing. I just never practiced with my abilities, nor have I fought any humans. They seem to be afraid of climbing into caves, as if there is a monster hiding inside."

Diana nodded. "Come of them came to the lake for water. They saw me and thought my scales would make good armor." She shook her head. "They pretty much left me alone after I drowned one of them in the lake."

Ender chuckled once more at her comment of drowning a human.

"You only drowned him? You should of done much more. Human react most to fear as we have both seen. Putting their worst fear in front of them is a sure way to keep them gone."

Diana grinned. "I wasn't finished. I dragged his body onshore after and impaled all his limbs on ice spikes. I froze his blood and attacked his friends with it when they came after me for killing him."

Ender then raised his eyebrow towards her direction.

"Well then, props to you. That is pretty brutal. Wish I could say I've done something like that, but alas, I have not. Hopefully that can be changed rather soon though!"

Diana laughed. "You have electricity, I'm sure you can do some pretty creative things with that." She thought for a second. "I guess we'll have to practice. Teach you some moves." She smirked and flapped her wings a few times.

Ender smirked at her as she made her comment of teaching. He called back to her,

"Oh? What could you teach me that I don't already know. Share me your wisdom, oh great Diane!"

Ender then bowed his head to the ground, chuckling softly.

Diana laughed again. "You need to know how to USE it! Bend the electricity to your will!" She breathed frost on her feet and giant ice claws formed over her own again. "Get creative with it! Oh, the things you can do." She sliced through the air with her ice claws.

Ender closed his eyes to concentrate as he thought of ideas to use with his lightning. He stood still for many moments, not knowing exactly what to use.

 

(I'm at a blank here. How do I use lightning creatively? xD)

//hmm..in Spyro, he jumps in the air and forms a sphere of elecricity around him which shocks enemys nearby//

 

Diana smiled. "Just do what feels natural." She said slyly, walking in a cirlce around him. "Some of them just..happen when you're being attacked."

Ender closed his eyes once more and began to concentrate. He felt his body start to act on it's own, his wings beginning to flap. He began to rise, and a power grew in his throat. He began to release the power, to which lightning came out of his mouth, forming a protective sphere around him.

Diana laughed excitedly. "See?" She shot a small ice spike at the sphere, which shattered as soon as it touched it. She nodded and circled him again. "Good..strong. " She murmured, watching the electricity crackle.
