Well it hasn't really affected my with people I know but I have been noticing the random acts of kindness I am showing frequently. Does that count?

 

Oh and a homeless person gave me a patch with Twilights cutie mark on it and on the back it said "soon"...last night .... It.. Changed

At first I liked to think it hadn't really changed me in that respect, but now I truly do think it has turned me into a more social person and had a positive affect on my lifestyle and relationship choices.

I talked to random people at a con, something i rarely do

my family doesnt know but they dont care about silly stuff like that.

no one even notices the ponies on my desk, as there is a lot of other weird and rather girly stuff around (dolls, trolls, clowns)

one gets to a point where the people around him stop noticing every weird thing

that and i am 23, so...not gonna listen to anyone telling me what to buy

My friends tease me about it lol, I don't have a bf at the moment , my ex bf got me into the show, I was reluctant at first haha, I am opened minded so I gave it a try ,I have been telling others about the show ever since!

I guess like a few others it inspired me to spend more time with my younger sister.

 

She's 8 so I'm a lot older than she is, so we constantly fight. Since I do have depression and anger problems I'll get irritated easily and snap at her. But I'm also very, VERY overprotective of her, which of course causes more fights.

 

I've always felt a bit guilty because of it and felt even worse when I saw episodes with siblings, like Applejack and Applebloom, Rarity and Sweetiebell, ect. I saw how they always seemed to forgive and forget and it made me feel bad for not being a bit nicer to my sister. In all honesty, me being sort of mean and snappy to her came from a bit of jealousy. Our father left me and only talks to her now, and he left when I was a kid so it's sort of that stupid childish thing. Luckily, I got over that a while ago.

 

Anyway, the show made me want to at least try to make things right with me and my sister. We still fight sometimes, but hey, we're siblings. We're not perfect.

 

MLP has also helped me a bit with depression. It helped me see the brighter side of things, make me a bit more social and not really care about what others think or say about me. Helped me out a lot so I'm grateful.
