PonyThor and Spidermare (Criticism wanted)

well i spent a well spread amount of yesterday drawing these two and it was a lot of fun.

 

I was mainly trying to draw the pony with the referecnce only being a guide for me to not follow compleatly if that makes any sence.

note the wing is suppose to be small and underdeveloped

 

now feel free to give as much criticism a possible as well as any ideas for me to improve as well as any tweeks i could make to these drawings.

 

also any ideas for what i should draw next because im thinking of maybe a Punisher Pinkie Pie or Captain America Rainbowdash

 

Edit: iv made changes to spidermares costume on the left arm and right arm to be more like the legs

I like it very much, especially the 1st one. Since you long for criticism so much... That hand on the 2nd picture (ponies left hand) is awkwardly bent. But my drawing skills aren't anywhere close, I'm just pointin' out what I see.

Edit: That's one hay of an awesome avatar you have there! How 'bout a deus ex pinkie pie for your next creation?

yeah i lack colours atm since i only started drawing a few days ago but i was thinking about redrawing them with a paint program

yeah i spent a good 15 minutes trying to get that left front leg to bend right so it looks like shes clutching her wound

also i didnt draw my avatar just want to make that clear but i could try drawing a augmented pinkie pie (maybe with a party cannon arm) but im focusing or on Marvle Ponys

I didn't really want to point it out that much, but I could sort of see that. Your art is some 7 or 8/10, if we said your avatar is 10. But I see you like Deus ex AND ponies, and combining them together is never a bad idea. I'm even gettin' a pony/deus ex tshirt this monday. So, if you get a chance, I'd definitely like to see it.

On both of them, you incorrectly drew the legs. The right leg on Thor (From my right) looks a little too "thick". Spiderman's arm towards the right seems to be bent in an unusual position. And it sometimes looks as if you draw hooves flat.

I'd give this a 5/10, maybe 6. Not bad at all.

• This is quite comical, to say the least.
• It looks like cherilee with a hammer.
• The hammer animation thing is quite nice.
• Her hooves don't look like hooves. They need to be round and straight, you cannot find an equal combination of both.
• Her front hoof that curves looks extremely odd, same with ^

Second picture:

• This is so much DAWWW.
• Her bottom right hoof looks amazingly deformed.
• Her tail is hard to see.
• Her front hooves are drawn well this time.
• Was going to comment on the wings, but you said it was supposed to be this way. Why does that look good to you exactly?
• I like her expression.

For both, I'm going with a smooth-

i'll try and make some changes to the legs for Ponythor but Spidermares I may keep the same because i drew her from an angle so i tryed to compensate so that her legs didnt stick out to an uncomfortable degree

as for spidermares wings well i was talking to one of my friends about it and he had the idea to make spidermare scootaloo so i kept the wing smaller to make flying spidermare less likely.

i could but there would be no fun in that iv been drawing nothing but earthponys so im trying to stretchtowards unicorn and pegesi and i did little wings because well babysteps

Your PonyThor could use a helmet to more clearly mark it out as Thor. Also, the Amazing Spidermare feels a little cluttered with all the webs but I'm sure some color would fix that. Otherwise, these look good.
