"Ok, thanks." Vinyl walked down the hall and through the door. "Hey, Jaide," she said softly.

 

Jaide looked up and smiled. "Hey Vinyl. How's it go- Gah!" Jaide suddenly stopped as she saw some knives on her friend Vinyl's backhooves. "Oh um. If you don't mind me but, what's with the knives?" Jaide asked a bit scared and puzzled.

"Oh, I bought them yesterday. 18K gold. I brought them because I thought I'd be waiting for a while," she pulled one out and started flipping it.

"If I just let my bones heal naturally, I would sure miss the gala since bones take a while to heal. But if I choose the spell, my bones heal faster and I won't miss the gala," Jaie looked at Vinyl with a determined face. "I'll take the spell please,"

Jaide took the bullet thing and bite down on to it. "Redeh," she said. Jaide cluched her hooves together preparing for the spell that was about to be performed on her. "Okay, just hang in there," she said.

Vinyl closed the door and concentrated on her spell. In a moment, the room was filled with a bright white light. Jaide's bones shifted into place and joined back together, stronger than before. The room was back to normal and Vinyl took the bullet out of Jaide's mouth. It had deep teeth marks in it.

Jaide puzzled asked, "Was that all?" She moved her leg around to see if it healed. She also stayed silent to see if she still had that painful headache of hers. Jaide stared at Vinyl in bewilderment and amazement.

Jaide laughed and replied, "Hehe. I know. That is why I rarely use my wings," She thought for a moment than said, "So what do I do now that I'm healed?" she asked. "I know that the gala isn't going to happen yet so that's off that list,"

The door swung open, and Tune Twist entered with a bewildered face. "I saw a flash of light. is everything alright?" He asked with a barely worried tone. "Well, I do feel good enough to walk," Jaide said. "Let me test it," She got up from the bed and set down a hoof on the floor. She prepared for the pain but suddenly realized that there was no pain. she put all of her hooves on the floor and began to walk. Jaide was full of happiness. "Thanks Vinyl. For your help," she said as she picked up her pack and headed out the door giving her a tiny wink.
