If I recalled correctly, all you need is five posts outside welcome plaza and Cloudsdale Colosseum, and you're good to go to the Roleplay section

In order to post in Roleplay World, you must make 5 posts outside of Welcoming Plaza and Cloudsdale Colosseum as Dreamwalker has stated. Then you will earn the Muffin rank, which will gain you a host of other privileges as well.

 

Please remember to read the Roleplay World System Rules very carefully once you are able to post! They outline everything you need to know.

 

Also, he is not a mod. Simply a helpful member. I, however, am a mod. Mods have Royal Guard badges under their name and Green/Purple names. I'm the Head of Roleplay World.

 

As for the most popular roleplays, it is indeed as you said. All of them are individual and there aren't really any gigantic ones.
