I used to be a stranger 7,993 September 7, 2012 Share September 7, 2012 (edited) Nightmare Knight is the main bad guy in the webcomic Cucumber Quest, and I've taken quite a shining to him. So much so that I've made him my avatar, and made this ponification of him. Read Cucumber Quest here, if you'd like. It's like a sarcastic love letter by The Legend of Zelda to Paper Mario, made with construction paper and candy. It's a fantastic webcomic. And yes, I have noticed a similarity in names... Motion Spark 7,807 September 7, 2012 Share September 7, 2012 wow do you did these? this looks amazing, I am in love with this "no strokes" artwork style, it's one of my favorites styles for animation because you can hide plenty errors and it's looks clean, beautiful and polished. 1 My OC's: Motion Spark || Beat Spark || Rosebelle Sorry, I don't take REQUESTS! The second picture is by the artist of Cucumber Quest. She goes by the abbreviation of her name, "Gigi Digi". Considering the appeal of My Little Pony, it is not hard to see why I like Cucumber Quest.

Both of them are vectors, done with Adobe Photoshop. (I can't be arsed to learn Illustrator.)

PoisonClaw 8,164 September 7, 2012 Share September 7, 2012 (edited) Well, looks like I have a new webcomic to follow. I have to say you did an amazing job on the pony form by the way, if I didn't know any better I would of said that both comic and pony versions were done by the same person. Though for curiosity's sake, as his cutie mark is obscured by what I can only assume is his wing, would it be the same star design as on his chest? The comic of Nightmare Knight/Moon and the ponified vector were both done by me. Presumably Nightmare Knight's cutie mark would be the same as the star on his chest, but we'll probably never know. Castoro Chiaro 181 September 7, 2012 Share September 7, 2012 Great job emulating the style of the comic, I love the mane in particular. c: 1 -- I'm also of the opinion that deliberate lies and innuendos should never be allowed to go unopposed. Presumably Nightmare Knight's cutie mark would be the same as the star on his chest, but we'll probably never know. I guess I could have been clearer. What I meant was that when comparing your drawing to the actual webcomic itself the two could be mistaken as being drawn by the same person simply because you managed to replicate the style of the webcomic pretty much spot on. I actually didn't notice the Nightmare Moon comic until you mentioned it. Shows how observant I am... 1 MLPForums "Self-Proclaimed" Kamen Rider NutNow, count up your sins!I do Traditional commissions, by the way! See them HERE! Banner was done by the wonderful Kyoshi.
