Important Topic Question.

Alright. The purpose of this topic is to hear the voice of fellow pony-lovers on the topic of, so called, "Useless Bronies." What I mean by this, of course, is Bronies that don't do anything to support the community, but are Admins and moderators of pages on sites like Facebook and Twitter.

This is a delicate subject, but I really would love to hear everyone's opinion.

If your wondering why I'm asking you all this, is because its a re-occurring problem at my school

Let me explain. At my school, there is a rather large population of bronies, and over the years there has been a bit of a "war," between Bronies that watch the show, and ones that create fanfics, music, merch, and art. I wish to not ramble on, but I would love to have your opinion.

I, personally am neutral on the subject, but would like to know more. Is it only my community of Bronies facing this issue??

Useless brony? iv'e never herd that before, it could be someone who doesn't defend the fandom like it some kind of unwritten rule to.

also yeah i know what your talking about the bronies that do all the fan fics and what not feel like there better then the ones who don't and just enjoy the show, do those same people throw the word true-brony around and feel the need to measure there bronieness?

 

people forget that its just a f king show in the end its not a revolution

 

 

its that kinda thing that make me never want to be a brony.

Like anything, even free to play MMOs, there are always several people who watch for every person who posts about it for every person who contributes to it. MLP actually has a much higher participation rate than anything else I have ever seen when it comes to actually giving back to the community.

 

The median is probably contributing just a single thing -- beit art, fanfic, etc. And there is nothing wrong with just taking it all in.

Remeber in ANYTHING no-one is better then anyone else.

 

People write fan-fic's beucase they enjoy writing them, not to get more "kudos" or "brony point's" for doing it (same with people who draw picture's, I never once thought i was a bvetter brony beucase i made a few peices of artwork beucase im not).

 

this is one of the biggest problem's with people for everything. People are always trying to be "more important" then the person next to them, when in reality where not. People enjoy/have different skill's and therefore people will do different thing's, just like the people who call themselves bronies and yet they don't even like or watch the show! there still bronies

 

Brony = someone who likes MLP:FIM, no one is more or less or a brony no matter what!

 

(but what's funny is that always the downfall of a group is it's self! )

Frankly I think everyone is good at something pony, they just don't apply themselves! :S
