Hello, everyone, been a while. ^^

I'm here to ask a special question, do you like french house?

Those who ask what is french house? French house is musical sub genre of house music, coming mostly from france and europe, it uses a lot of sampling (mostly from old disco tracks) basslines and kickass drum beats and effects, some names that will ring a bell: Daft Punk, Duck Sauce, Modjo, Stardust, Phantom's Revenge, Cassius and many more. If you like french house, than which producer, track or so on.

I enjoy House, and I have taken house dance classes before, but I need to look up those names, it seems like I may like them I like both house and french(taking french class) perhaps this will give me some interesting cultural perspective hmm

 

I like it alot but what makes it 'french'?

I am thoroughly confused, since I'm mostly in the trance business, not house.

 

My guess is something like this though? Artist is French, and it has good beats, so close enough.

Also, Artemisia the thing that makes french house french, is the fact that many of the producers hail from france: daft punk, justice, modjo, cassius, etc.
