"yeah this isn't the real cover of Loveless either but I mean there was only one copy ever made there has been other copies but they always think that the last act isn't even worth it but it is"Draco said as he look at blossom"Want to hear the last act of Loveless?"Draco asked.

Blossom put down the book, discouraged at the fact that she basically had a fake. She turned to Draco "Well if you don't mind then yes. Or you could just let me borrow the book." she shrugged "You must have read the book a thousand times if you have it memorized"

Draco said"I actually have the whole story memorised"Draco began to recite Loveless"

Prologue (Poem)

When the war of the beasts bring the world's end

The goddess descends from the sky

Wings of light and dark spread afar

She guides us to bliss, her gift everlasting

 

Act I (Poem)

Infinite in mystery is the gift of the Goddess

We seek it thus, and take to the sky

Ripples form on the water's surface

The wandering soul knows no rest.

 

Act II (Poem)

There is no hate, only joy

For you are beloved by the goddess

Hero of the dawn, Healer of worlds

Dreams of the morrow hath the shattered soul

Pride is lost

Wings stripped away, the end is nigh

 

Act III (Poem)

My friend, do you fly away now?

To a world that abhors you and I?

All that awaits you is a somber morrow

No matter where the winds may blow

My friend, your desire

Is the bringer of life, the gift of the goddess

Even if the morrow is barren of promises

Nothing shall forestall my return

 

Act IV (Poem)

My friend, the fates are cruel

There are no dreams, no honor remains

The arrow has left, the bow of the goddess

My soul, corrupted by vengeance

Hath endured torment, to find the end of the journey

In my own salvation

And your eternal slumber

Legend shall speak

Of sacrifice at world's end

The wind sails over the water's surface

Quietly, but surely

 

Act V (Poem)

Even if the morrow is barren of promises

Nothing shall forestall my return

To become the dew that quenches the land

To spare the sands, the seas, the skies

I offer thee this silent sacrifice"

By the end of the poem, Blossom sat on the floor staring into space with her book snuggled into her wing. After a few minutes, she spoke up but did not look at Draco "I never ever get tired of reading or hearing that...it's just so..." she sighed, not able to find the right words.

Draco looked at Blossom"Well what do you think of the real Loveless Hmm Blossom?"Draco asked his friend as he sat infront of the fire warming himself up from tthe rain slowly enbjoying the mare's company . He smiled as he looked into the fire enjoying the warmth.

"The real Lovele-" She stopped and looked up from the floor to find Draco sitting in front of her. The light from the fire illuminated his face, really bringing out his features. She studied his face for more than a few seconds, every so often tilting her head from side to side to look through different angles. She didn't REALLY look at him that much back at sugar cube corner, but now that he was here, up close and personal, she came to the conclusion that "Draco is actually pretty handsome..." She thought. Suddenly she realized that she was staring at him and she quickly looked back down with a slight blush, struggling to find the words to restart her sentence and hoping that he didn't notice her staring. "Oh yes um...The real Loveless...well um..."

"The real Loveless tells the tale of three people, one a warrior, one is a prisoner, and one is a vagabond."Draco said as he smiled at her"It's a said tale loving one goddess which you might guess is Celestia herself but it said wings of light and dark so I think they wanted Luna along with Celestia"Draco said as he recounted his grandfathers tale.

"It sounds very interesting...Well I like it ahaha." Blossom giggled a little then fell quite. She continued to look down at the floor, now at a loss for words to say. She didnt want to stop the convo but she had nothing else to say. Blossom listened to the hard and steady rain hitting the windows.

"But it could also mean they loved the same mare though love makes you do stupid things don't you think my dear pretty mare?"Draco said teasingly."They fought for her love but in the end she chose another who wasn't so serious about her but was the sort to defend her honor"Draco said.

Blossom blushed slightly when she head Draco call her pretty. "Y-yes..I suppose so..I have heard quite a few stories where colts and mares have done very foolish things because of love." she stammered. "One who wasnt so serious? So like one who she could have fun with but also who would protect her when necessary?"

"Exactly"Draxco said as he looked into the fire"You could say that it is a true story because that same mare was my grandmother and the one she married was my grandfather. the three were angry that he got their goddess"Draco said."But he was a member of the royal gaurd so he knew how to protect himself"Draco explained

Blossom Bloom looked up quickly at Draco "So...You're telling me that Loveless is basically your family's story? ...Well your grandfather DID write it... wow that's just amazing." She smiled at him and brought the book out from under her blue feathered wings.

"Aye it is but I plan to make a future not live in the past like my family before me did"Draco said as he looked at Blossom"What are your dreams my dear lovely mare?"Draco asked kindly as he looked at her with his gentle silver eyes. He would be stuck there for abit because of the storm.

Blossom froze and stared at Draco "My...dreams...?" she looked back down, eyebrows knit together. She spoke after a few seconds of silence "Gosh...I've never really thought about my dreams..I'm not really sure if I have any.." Blossom sighed softly, half deep in thought.

"Well I usually think about it then see I mean I'm a wealthy courier pony because of my dangerous job. But I meet intresting people and my customers are always happy to see that their packageswill always be in good whooves like mind," Draco explained as he laid infront of the fire "Care to join me here Blossom?" Draco asked with a smile as he looked at the blue mare.

Blossom stretched out onto the rug, wings open and resting on her body "So...Your dream is to make your customers happy?" she tilted her head "That's very nice if that's what it is. I would also like to make people happy. Perhaps that is my dream......" the last of her sentence drifted off and she fell silent.

"Alittle tired Blossom I understand go on and sleep I'll be here in the morning to wake you up. I'll even make you breakfast alright" Draco offered as he got near her so she could feel that she didn't need to feel so alone like he did all those years ago when he family died.

Blossom blushed slightly when he inched closer "O-oh...Well..I'm not that tired. But I guess you're right. Hm..What time is it anyway?" she looked up towards the wooden clock with the swinging circle on top of the chimney. It read 9:12. "My...has it really been that long? it only feels like its been an hour...and the rain still hasnt stopped?" she mumbled to herself half quietly then she turned back to Draco "Well, you're welcome to stay here for the night if the rain doesnt subside." Blossom smiled a little.

Draco smiled "If I get sto spend more time with a beautifull blue mare like you I'll gladly spend the night" Draco said with a flirtious tone as he chuckled to himself. This mare intrested him to no end and she kept keeping him intrested in her and he'll have to see what she is all about.

Blossom picked up on his flirting and she blushed even more. She quickly looked down to hide her face. "Maybe I should go get some blankets...I-It will be fun. Like two friends having a camp out. Only...it's the livingroom but you get what I mean." she giggled a little and stood up then she disappeared into the dark hallway.

Draco gring as he saw her hide her face. "Sure I don't mind. plus Heart and Hooves day is coing up and I'll be making all sorts of deliveries to everypony who wants to confess to their special some pony but because they are too shy to do that they need help" Draco explained and sighed there in his silver eyes was loneliness.

Blossom came back with two blankets. They were identical; red and black in a plaid pattern. "Oh that's right. Hearts and Hooves day IS coming up. I completely forgot...I'm also pretty busy that day. Standing at my cart all day, selling bouqets and single flowers to ponies who have someone. Sometimes they bring their special somepony along and I get to see their faces when they recieve the flowers. They're always so happy and cute." she sits back down in her spot and hands Draco one of the blankets while sighing.

Draco smiled sadly "We are to lonely ponies aren't we?" Draco asked Blossom with a chuckle. "You know I can sing Blossom if you want to hear it" Draco offered as he looked at his beautifull companion. He put the blanket over himself as he smiled at Blossom. "You know we could just share a blanket"

"Yes, we are." she giggled a little along with his chuckle. She immediately stopped when she heard Draco say they could share a blanket. "Oh..um...I..." she stammered as she thought about her response. She had only known Draco for half a day but it sort of felt like they were close enough to do something like that. sort of. "I...IhogtheblanketSOOOO you can sing? I'm not too bad of a singer myself ya know? Well at least I think so." she said quickly.

Draco began to sing gentlely to her as he looked at the fire. He looked at Blossom when his song ended "You said you hog the blankets oh how naughty of you my dear lass" Draco said teasingly as he laughed with Blossom. "You know I can deliver flowers to the ponies you know" Draco said.
