"Does somepony have a bobby pin?"Draco asked as he looked around for a piece of wood or something to form a lock pick. Draco paced"Me?"Draco looked at Star and said"Get over yourself aristocrat" he looked at the mare"Well the lovely lady awakes and that is what i am doing if i can find a piece of wood"is that all a 4 pin lock is easy to pick if you have the know how now magical locks those are harder to do"Draco said.

"Ya'll best shut it or someone is gonna get murdered today!", cried a voice from the far corner of the room. It was the other pony, and she clearly looked pretty pissed about her sudden awakening. "If you had sum cents, den maybe you wouldn't wake me up at a time like this!", she added, her voice slurred.

"Well, if there is no need for me to be here, I'll be in the corner watching you try and fail." Star Keeper trotted to one side of the cell and sat down, looking around for no particular reason.

 

"I think that patience would be the best action. Patience, persistence and perseverance make an unbeatable combination for success."

"Another pony that doesn't like waking up in the morning"Draco said as he finally found a piece of wood and he began to whittle it down into a lockpick. He was concentrating on the wood as he was using the letter opener in his mouth he threw his voice"Looks like someones else is awake,"Draco said as he finished"There we go"

"Lockpicks won't work on that lock. First, the lock is too far away. Second, that isn't no regular lock, you imbucile.", She says, facehoofing and falling on the floor backwards. 'How stupid are ponies these days?' She asked herself. "Now stop trying and find some other way to unlock it. Jeez.", She added.

"If you two don't end your infantile feuds, I think I might murder y'all!" Oh yes. Today was going to be a bad day. Purplepower could tell. She felt like being meaner than spit today. And somepony was going to get it if they weren't quiet. "If you want to wallow in pity, keep it to yourself."

Draco rolled his eyes"Uh helllo courier pony here working on it"Draco began to pace"Hmm let's see well besides lock picking well have to see if a wait how thick are these bars?"Draco said as he looked at Purplepower. Draco had another idea when he walked to the window stepping over Ace."Now then let's see if there are any squirrels out tonight or owls that can help us"Draco said as he looked around.

"Why can none of you sit down and wait? You seriously think that there is a chance of escape? There is a much better chance of that once we find out what id going on." He turned his head to the frustrated mare.

 

"If you're done facehoofing, care to tell us how much you understand of our current situation? It would seem so far we are imprisoned, but by who and for what purpose?'

Draco sighed as he sat down"oh well the Inquisitor is right anyhow"Draco said as he laid back humming a sea shanty"Hung by the High Gallows Tree"Draco sang slightly as he looked outside pain was in his eyes as the day he was going to go visit his families graves.

"Well, good sir" She said sarcasticly. "I know I saw both of you have a desert, and I know I had one too, so I'm thinking whatever jerk baked those was in on it." She said, now more sarcastic than ever. "So what do you think, oh all knowing one? Am I, a mere mortal, correct for once?"

"Well that much is obvious. Next you're going to say it was Pinkie Pie, and she's going to turn us to cupcakes. Leaving that behind, why exactly are we here? And this pony we just met is being less than helpful."

 

Star Keeper gestured towards the mare than was trying to get back to sleep. She didn't even seem to acknowledged his existence.

Draco shook his head"nope I know Pinkie Pie becauseI deliver ingrediants to her all the time"Draco said as he looked at the purple mare"Pinkie was acting wierd though like she didn't know me. hmm"Draco stoodf up"I heard of an incident afew weeks ago something about changlings if I remember from my studies Changlings can transform into another being correct so maybe"Draco trailed off.

"Well, if it wasn't the bakers, it might be one of the makers of the ingredients. For example, possibly the frosting? Or maybe the sprinkles. And as to why we're here, it is practically impossible to know considering how we even got here! And honestly, do you really think that I would believe that Pinkie Pie of all ponies would even be capable of that?!" That was the last straw. If one more word came out of his condescending mouth, he would soon be capable of tasting his eyeballs.

Draco stood to his full height with his large wings out spread. He got inbetween Star and Purple"Enough sheesh think about it it might be that queen crysa something wanting revenge. Honestly I think those five did seem to be acting odd""didn't you notice their behaviors"

"Take the joke when you see it. Aside from that, most of the ingredients I had ordered in from Canterlot. I assure you they weren't tampered with, if they were i'd have noticed it." He slumped back against the wall.

 

"Changelings are out of the question. Typically imprisonment is in the form of a cocoon." Star keeper looked back out towards the entrance.

 

"In time we will find out, the answers have a habit of revealing themselves." He raised his head as an idea came to mind. "So, who wants to play a game?"

"You know, they could be avoiding using cacoons so we wouldn't know about the changelings. And really? You want to play a game? How's this for a game? It's called 'grow up and get a life'! "If you can give me five valid reasons why you're superior to me and can order me to be quiet, I'll be quiet for five hours. No more, no less. Until you can muster up that much brain power, I will speak when I feel it nesessary." She said, dignified. "And also, I'd be more than willing to help if you would stop being so vague about what you're doing. So, until you tell us exactly what you're doing, I will continue to sit here." He'd really done it this time.

Draco sighed and said"I'm measuring the lock so I can make the correct size lock pick any how I was going to have a unicorn use their magic to make a mold of the inside of the lock the take out the mold so that i can make us a key but since none of us are unicorns i'll need to improvise so I'm using my feather to measure it"Draco explained

"Have fun with that. In the mean time I suggest we have an enjoyable game of I spy to pass the time. I'll start us off, I spy with my little eye something begging with with M. Take a guess. It's wrong. All I see are two morons that haven't the foggiest notion as to what they are doing. Now sit down, shut up and stop driving me crazy!"

 

Star Keeper slumped back down on the wall, not giving away any form of facial expression. He had done what he meant to do and did feel a bit better about it.

"Alright. That's all I needed to know. So tell me what I need to do and I'll do it." He'd gotten lucky this time. He was close to getting kicked. Hard. She was going to muster up all the patience she had at the moment and used towards not explodeing while she waited.

He pulled it out and ten stuck it into the locks hole all the way"and here we are"Draco said and he pulled it out "now that I have the measurement now I can make an accurate lockpick and also find a long piece of wood,"Draco said as he drew his letter opener.

"Oh don't be that way. My, your pupils are quite dilated, and your heart rate has increased dramatically. Either you are severely attracted to me or have the sudden urge to kill me. I certainly home it's not the second option. It would look bad for us to fight after only just meeting."

 

Star Keeper chuckled to himself. "If we live to get out of this, I certainly hope we will be on better terms than now. That is if we get out."
