Violett sighed as she wandered around the kitchen, wondering what to eat. She was never much of a morning pony, nor did she normally eat breakfast. "Today is different, however." She lifted a box of her companion, Sylvia's favorite cereal from the top shelf with her magic, closing the cupboard door afterwards. The purple unicorn then sat down at the table and poured milk in the bowl, careful not to wake up Sylvia, and turned on the TV. "Where was I? Oh, yeah, today." she thought, to nopony in particular. See, Violett was a master at telepathy. She could speak with her mind to anypony she pleased, but works best with others who are good with the art as well, because they can receive better, and have no trouble responding. "Yes, today is different. Today is the day I meet up with Time Turner. He claimed in the letter that he had his assistant, Ditzy Doo, deliver that he had a secret to tell me and all of the other ponies he sent a letter to. A big secret." As she thought about this, Violett pulled out the letter to look over. This is what it said:

 

Dear All My Wonderful Ponyville Friends,

There is something crucial to our acquaintanceship that you must know about. It is imperative that you report to the below address by 8:30 sharp tomorrow morning.

926 Darkness Trail, Everfree Forest, Eq.

Time Turner

 

The purple unicorn finished reading, and looked up at the clock, only to see it was already 8:00. "Oh my gosh!" she shouted, jumping up and spilling her cereal on the floor. "It takes forever to get to the Everfree forest from here! I'm gonna be late, like always!"

Shade read the letter...

 

"Hm... Well I better get going"

 

It was almost 8 and shade was almost at the everfree forest...

 

"Everypony is afrade of the everfree... Why would I be called here?"

 

She didn't want to be seen by the pony hosting this event... So she hid in the shadows of the everfree trees.

[Faceless 101]

Four hooves trot across the Everfree Forest as they make their way to "Dark Trail". Faceless sighed as he looked up at the sky. Damn clouds, being so random in the Everfree Forest, Faceless thought to himself, Those clouds being so damn smug...

 

Faceless finally arrived at the edge of "Dark Trail". He paused while he mulled over his options. The trail could be a cleverly elaborate trap for some reason or another. He would have to tread carefully...

 

And with that, Flyer walked onto the trail into plain view, whistling loudly as he went.

Violett burst out the door, wishing now more than any other time to have been brought up as a pegasus, so she could just fly right on over. But that wasn't going to happen, now, was it? Her hooves hit the pavement so hard that the shock ran through her body and sent jolts of pain all the way up to her horn. The hurting handicapped her magic for a little bit, so Violett kept on pushing, instead of just lifting herself up. She finally reached the edge of the Everfree forest, skidding to a stop right on the border. It took a while for the purple unicorn catch her breath, and when she did, she stepped into the woods. Fortunately, she was right by Dark Trail when she entered, because she wasn't very comfortable with the idea of wandering around Everfree all on her own. Violett bumped into another pony on her way, and thinking it was Time Turner, she said, "So, why'd you send me a letter?"

 

[OOC: Just so you guys know, Time Turner is actually Doctor Whooves. That's part of his big secret.]

shade sees a unicorn walk into her view... she bumps into a pony and asks...

"So, why'd you send me a letter?"

shade then came out of the shadows and landed beside the unicorn.

"what could be so important that youd want to call me over here?"

 

she said glaring at the pony waiting for a response.

Violett saw Shade come out, and immediately turned her attention from Time Turner to her the new pony. "Oh, hey there. I'm Violett, but you can call me Vio." (Vee-oh) "She turned back to the brown earth pony, and said "Yeah, Time Turner. What's so important?" The time traveler cleared his throat. "I'll tell you once the others are here." he said in a thick british accent, waving his hoof around, to indicate that there were still ponies that he was waiting on. "But maybe I could tell you just a little. It all started when I was only a measly 169 years old..." Pretty soon, he had told the whole story. "Whoa, so what you're telling us is that you're a thousand-year-old time traveler named -" "Shush! Just call me Doctor, like everybody else."

The market of Ponyville was filled with energy as per usual. Produce was flying of the stalls. Lines were growing as impatient ponies started to bicker amongst themselves. If there was any chaos to be found in Ponyville it was most certainly here. While all seemed to go about their daily business they were oblivious to the fact that there was something watching them.

 

Lurking behind the corner of a small cottage was a grey earth pony. His blond mane was frizzled and unkempt, his golden eyes were narrow and pinpoint. He simply watched as the crowed passed by, not giving a passing glance to the lurker in the shadows, biding his time. The stallion perked up his ears when he heard two ponies conversing as they trotted past him. The orange one held in her hooves a letter, nothing special, just a letter. But then one of them spoke.

 

"I don't know about this Time Turner guy. Should we really go?"

 

The dark grey colt lurched to his hooves, moving swiftly towards the two mares. When he was behind them he snatched the letters from their grasp.

 

"Give me that!"

 

"Hey, you just had to ask if you wanted to look at it." But it was too late, and the dark grey colt galloped off behind a cottage before he could be seen.

 

He examined the letter carefully, taking in every detail. Time Turner, who was this time turner? He brought the letter to his nose and sniffed it. That smell was so familiar, yet so new. He gave a wicked grin as he figured out what it was.

 

"Ah, my dear Doctor, you know better than not to invite me to a party."

Cloud looked up at the clock. 8:00 am. *8:00 Am?! I have to go! NOW!* Cloud Puff ran out the door, making sure to lock it behind her, then flew up to about tree level at a steady speed of a little faster than a trot, but not too energy consuming. She knew Time Turner, and if he wasn't late, no pony was supposed to be late. She vaguely remembered a large blue box from her fillyhood, and she knew it was Time Turner's. The only thing she didn't remember from that day is why he had come...

 

((OOC-A little tid-bit of info you may not know, is that my OC Cloud Puff was originally a time lord. She then had a changing cutiemark throughout role plays, and ended up with one that points out what I strive to be, a meteorologist. I held a very small naming contest via status updates, and Cloud Puff won))

The dark grey colt stalked behind the trees of the Everfree, lurking away from the gathering crowd of ponies, avoiding unwanted attention. He pulled out a worn black hooded jacket, keeping his head low as he made his way into the open. His face was shadowed by his hood and his movements were made to avoid drawing anyponies gaze. He sniffed at the air, searching for the faintest scent. Ah, there it was. The smell was now strong. He followed it,closer and closer till he saw it in front of him. The brown stallion with the hourglass same as his. He was talking to a couple of others but they didn't matter right now. The dark grey colt trotted up behind Time Turner and talked in a calm tone to gain his attention.

 

"Hello, Doctor."

Faceless saw the ponies in front of him, and waved dramatically.

 

"Hey! Doctor? Are you over there?" He then realized that he had rudely interrupted the conversation. Flyer trotted up to the group.

Cloud flew up to the clearing in the forest, may ponies already gathered. She noticed a few she knew, but most she didn't. Cloud already could tell that Time Turner was already there, she didn't even have to look. Cloud looked to the clouds, reading the weather. An unscheduled storm was on its way, she have to tell Derpy to let the other pegasi know to push it away, but it wouldn't hit until late that night. Having found a good spot that most wouldn't notice, but Turner would, she timidly sat, waiting for Time Turner to begin.
