Tdroid 234 November 16, 2012 Share November 16, 2012 My first finished drawing on my new tablet. Not sure how well it turned out, it was a very different drawing experience. Felt liberating to have more options for how I draw though, so I plan to play around with the settings to see what I can come up with. Anyway, feel free to come with any tips for a newbie at digital drawing and I hope it isn't too much of an eyesore DeviantART for the drawing in case it doesn't load here. 2 I like to do requests. Please, if there is something you want to see me, an amateur, draw for you, just send me a PM with the details and I'll say yay or nay. Most likely yay. Reversalx 129 November 16, 2012 Share November 16, 2012 hmm the outline is a bit shaky(did you turn up the smoothing?), but the body(proportion-wise), and the shading is good Oh, and what program do you use? do you use multiple layers? Bohtty 1,775 November 16, 2012 Share November 16, 2012 What program are you using? if you are using the software that comes with the tablet then stop. They always suck. Get Photoshop, Gimp or Paint Tool SAI (I prefer this one). Legit signature made by Shift.

I am using a program that followed with the tablet called Sumo Paint. It has layers and other features I haven't tried out yet, but it seems to be a pretty good program to start with. And over that color layer, another layer shall be made where you shade^^ Thats just the basics, sorry if you knew that already "Colorful Rainbows catch my eye, as i see you fly across the sky. I am completely new at this and have only played around a bit. I am not too familiar with all the functions of PS, but this one does seem to have what I would consider basic features. 1 I like to do requests. Dusty Soul 2,614 November 18, 2012 Share November 18, 2012 It's good, the snout is a little long, and the mane is too flat, but for a first it is pretty awesome. So, you did a great job it for it being your first. Soundcloud-------------------Facebook---------------------------Youtube
