request Need/Want a Good Artist for Avatar and Signature Art!

Pretty much what the title says, I need/want a good artist who would be willing to do a avatar and signature banner for me please.

Specs, I would like to have the avatar as my oc (what i've got currently) but more snazzier, and the same with my signature banner, something with my my OC, my name FireGazer and a pic of two eyes with burning flames inside the irises, but once again, snazzier.
