Discord laughed.  "Sure, sure.  Do whatever," he said with a snap of his claws, sending a small fraction of his powers into Shade.  "I'm watching you though."

Luna turned to Shade.  "Shade...isn't it enough that I and Celestia trusted you as much as we could?  That we treated you as fairly as could after hiding your identity?  Treating you like a pony?" she whispered.

"She speaks!"

Shade turned to Luna

"I'm a changeling, and I'm not a changeling... Once word started going around cloudsdale I was fired from weather making... Once word got around ponyville... I was avoided, every pony hated me for what I am... But I'm not what I am, it's who I am... But nopony trusted me for that... I went to changeling capital and was taken by chrysalice herself... But when she found out that I'm only a halfling I was rejected by her... So I keped looking like my Pegasus self acting like a normal pony... Then it comes to you and Celestia trusting me... You never trusted me, you were on my case till I had to show it... As for Celestia, I coudnt care less what she thought of me... She was probably oginizing a buntch of guards to put me down for what I am...... I am an unwanted pony everywhere... The only one who I fit well with is discord... And that's why I help him... He's the only one who likes me"

 

Shade snorted and shot a small bolt of lightning at the bars of the cage

She turned and flew off heading towards manehatten

"Il be seeing you discord! Il send you a post card of something "

Luna jumped back as the bolt of lightning hit.  She turned accusingly to Discord.

"What?!" he said in surprise. 

"Discord.  I have a fiance and a sister.  I have a family.  Let me out."

"Luna...why would that even work?"

Luna sighed and slumped down to the ground.  She stared at the stones for a moment before looking back up at Discord who was preparing himself to go back to Canterlot.

"I'm sorry."

Discord didn't look at her.  "No, you're not."

"I am, Discord.  I'm sorry."

Discord turned to her, his eyes blazing like flames.  "You're not sorry!  You just want to get out of your prison!  How does it feel Luna?!  How does it f***ing feel?!  Do you like it Luna?  Do you like being trapped?!  Do you like being alone?!"

"I'm not alone, Discord.  The only one whose alone is you."

"I have Shade," Discord said, flying up in the air.

"She betrayed us.  How can you be so sure she won't do the same to you?"

"Because I wouldn't hesitant to kill any pony."

"No?  Then why am I and Celestia still alive?"

Shade hird discord raging at Luna

"Face it Luna... I was never on your side... And Iv been alone for years traped as a halfling rejected and unwanted by everypony, discord had been stone for over 1000 years.. You have been trapped in the moon for 1000 years.. The crystal empire has been gone for 1000 years... The world I'd full of lonelyness"

 

Shade then had an idea

 

" and you do know that Celestia only looks at you as a pony who rules the night... And that very few ponies like the night"

 

Shade cased a confusion spell on Luna

"The beauties of the night are unwanted by ponies... They like the day better then the night... You know what I think... You should rule equestria and make it an eternal night! So ponies will be forced to like the night"

 

Shade was trying to bring out nightmara moon out of Luna... It would be a great advantage if Luna was on there side

Luna shivered and shook.  She fell to the floor.  Discord flew backwards so that he was beside Shade so he could watch.  Luna glared up at them.

"If I had-m-my horn, you'd both be-d-dead," she growled.

Then she heard the voices in her head.  "N-no!" she screamed, covering her ears to block them out.  That only made them louder.  "No!  S-shut up!" she screeched.

Discord smiled and nudged Shade with his elbow.  "Want some help?  You've almost broken her."

Shade smiled at discord

 

"Hahaha! This is soooo fun! We might have nightmare moon on our side!"

 

Shade hoofed bumped discord.

 

"I think you may want to destroy it since I broke it! Hahaha!"

 

Shade got closet to Luna

" you know you want to rule the night! An ever lasting night! Since everypony is scared of you.. You freek them out, you want them to bow to your beautiful night. You know you want to"

Luna growled under her breathe.  She made a grab for her through the cage bars.  Discord lifted up a paw and Luna immediatly stopped fighting.  She fell to the stones and her hind legs started to become black.  The black slowly crept up to her body.

When Luna looked up at Discord and Shade, her eyes were penetratingly unforgiving.  She sent an echo into their minds before she was over come completely.

If I go, you'll go with me.

Shade grinned!

 

"Hahaha! Well then nightmare moon it's time for you to spread an eternal night across equestria!"

 

Shade turned to discord and spoke quietly

"Can you just imagin the look yavolin would give us? How priceless would that be!!!"

 

Shade felt so full of power! It was a good feeling for her!

 

"Now then! If there are nomore destractions... I'm off to fillydelphia and manehatten... Where has spike gotten to?"

Discord bit his bottom lip so that he wouldn't scream in excitement.  He gave shade a thumbs up. 

The black completely covered Luna up.  Wings and a horn grew out of her.  Armor seemed to erupt from her and cover parts of her.  Deep blue, sparkling mist escaped from her, forming hair and a tail.

Her expression turned from confusion to annoyance.  The bars of the cage burst away and she stepped out.

Shade saw nightmare moon break out of the cage...

"Hahaha... Another awesome idea shade! Another awesome idea!"

 

Shade flew the the ground by a bush where spike was sleeping

 

Since he became an aveage greed dragon... Shade pulled a shiny frozen small thunderbolt out if her mane

"Here spiky wikie... You want this shiny thunderbolt?"

 

Spike just snored...

 

"Fine screw you... Il come back when your awake."

 

Shade flew back up to get one last wave to discord before she left for manehatten

Yavolin stopped he was half way to canterlot when he thought about just leaving ponyville he looked up at the blank sky and thought of Luna. He cried because he didn't know if Discord will keep her alive like this or not but he knew Luna would try to save him, but how could he help her when all of he does is place her in harms way.

Discord waved back.  He grinned and turned to Nightmare Moon.  Nightmare Moon was brushing dust off of her black chest.  She raised an eyebrow at him.
"I didn't think you were the kind to work with others, Discord," she said, finally, in a bored voice.

Discord just shrugged.  "Learn something new everyday!"

"Er...yeah," she said, turning to the entrance of the cave to raise the moon.  "I'll also be needing better corners to be sleeping in.  Nothing like your stuffy room or that idiotic cage," she continued on in her bored tone.

"You've seen my room?"

"Its not that hard to guess, Dizzy.  An upside down bed I presume?  You really have to pick up your game..."

Discord gave her a dismissive wave and made his way to Canterlot.

Princess Celestia ordered the guards to bring every pony to the dining room where they could eat breakfast as she told them the new plan to defeat Discord.

Shade didn't want to just leave canterlot without giving princess Celestia a fair good bye... So she flew off down to the castle and looked threw a window where Celestia was ordering the guards to take out discord...

 

She brushed her mane with her pierced hooves and taped on the window... The glass turned to water... She went threw and confronted Celestia

"Why hello princess! How are the plans for taking down discord going?"

Without flinching, Princess Celestia looked up at her.  "Not going as well as I hoped.  But I'll figure something out."  The guards stared at Princess Celestia in surprise, thinking by now she would have asked them to attack Shade.  "Thank you for wondering.  So nice of you to visit.  Is Luna having a nice time?"

"Wow princess, you seem... What ever... And err about Luna... Let's just say there is no Luna anymore, no no no, not dead... But il say that 'the nightmere has returned'...

 

So prinsses... I'm here infront of you, a trator and telling you the fate of your sister... Why don't you order the guards to attack me?"

 

Shade looked at the guards who were waiting for celestias order

 

"They're so cute"

 

Then turning back to Celestia

 

"Well?..."

Upon hearing about Luna, Celestia's face tightened up.  "Because whats the point?!" she said, softly.  "You'll just run away or hurt them.  I'm more patient then Discord is.  I can wait," she glanced at the royal guards.  She turned back to Shade.  "Send Nightmare Moon my regards.  Discord as well."

"No need for that princess, their on there way here right now I imagin... But I hope everything works out for you! By the way... What had become of the elements? Are they still not friends? Well what ever. Later"

 

Shade then flew out the window heading towards manehatten

Yavolin saw shade he didn't care anymore he went inside canterlot to tell celestia he was leaving and he was taking the element of loyalty with him. He looked up at the sky one more time and spoke hoping that Luna could hear him somehow."My dear Luna, i have failed you , i have placed you in harms way when all i really wanted was to keep you safe, Luna if you can hear me know that i love you and i will always will it doesn't matter what discord does to me now but i will find away to free you this i promise".  Yavolin went inside hoping to find celestia.

Shade looked back to see yavolin talking to himself...

 

"Oh don't worry about Luna... We desided to free her! Why don't you go and see her! Except for the fact that I turned her into nightmare moon... And the fact the she dosnt love you anymore."

 

Shade grinned waiting to see the look on yavolins face or for his reaction

Yavolins eyes filled with tears this tme he was now going after discord and shade."I'll kill you for what you have done"! Yavolin pulled out his other hidden blade and went after shade , he was going to make her pay for turning Luna agains him. Yavolin didn't want to fight Luna becasue he loved her.

Yavolin was still charging at shade...

 

"Very well then..." Shade claped her hooves and turned his sword into rubber

 

"Incase you didn't know, discord gave me his powers... So there's nothing you can do to hurt me..."

 

"You are just like rainbow dash... Confused between loyalty... Don't know what I'm saying? Il let time tell you"

Yavolin threw the fake blade away , he was going to kill her with her bare hooves."You think Discord is going to let you keep those powers changeling? you betraryed us and he knows this, This new Discord is going to kill you if not first exile you to the moon.  As for Nightmare moon she is a part of Luna and you can't change that she is still there somewhere deep inside"!

" deep inside I'm not a changeling as well. So can it!"

 

" if discord were to take my new powers away and banish me, so be it... I would have completed my vow by then... And the only way to destroy discord, to bring back Luna, and free me from this curse is to have the elements of harmony harmonize us... But since the elements lack friendship and harmony, the days where Luna loved you will never be seen again"

 

Shade turned around

 

"Unless you want to end up wingless and discorded, don't even think about it"

Yavolin looked at shade."Your a coward if you rely only on your powers to help you win a fight which you know you'll lose.  it doesn't matter what you take away from me now i lost everything that was good in my life so lets do this changeling! I will not be discorded so easily". Yavolin attacked shade.

Shade knew that he had discorded himself... All she had to do was put her hoof on his forehead and he'd be discorded...

But what would be the fun in that, it would be more fun to just play with him a bit.

 

She evaded all of yavolins attacks waiting for a chance to go offence
