Shining Star saw Luna for a split second and continued floating through space. She then got board of floating and started flying from planet to planet seeing what she could find. She could not find nothing of value so she returned to Equestria and just flew

Thunder Dash then used a mysterious power never done before. Just as Luna did, he went into Shining Stars dream and saw her flying. He followed behind.

 

Meanwhile Storm Rush was organizing his papers. "Jeez man! You're always organizing your papers." Electra Blitz commented. "Well, being one of the top dogs in the weather factory, you'd expect to keep so many files." Storm Rush replied.

Shining Star began to increase her speed and after getting past 200 she began let her horn glow and Danger Zone began broadcasting all around her. While she was flying she put on the Wonder Bolts uniform specially made for her and began to do her own routines to the music

Thunder Dash made his wonderbolt uniform appear on him and began to do a a routine with Shining Star. Doing various loops and twists, he increased his speed.

Back in reality, Rainbow Dash was making sure her Wonderbolt uniform was washed and ready for the weekend.

Shining Star landed and changed up the song still not aware that Thunder-dash was in her dream. she changed the song to the

 and started performing stunts in accordance with the song, until she was close to the end of the song she began barrel looping multiple times only to end up colliding with Thunder-Dash. She landed shocked. "Dad? how... how did you get here?" she asked stunned

Thunder Dash recovered from the collision. "Magic. I don't know how I'm doing these spells. I don't know if this is a sign of something. Only Princess Celestia would know." Thunder Dash sad as he got himself back together. 

 

Back in reality, Electra Blitz had just came back from a free flight.

Shining Star looked at him in his Wonder-bolts uniform. "getting ready for this week end? " she asked him as she got ready for take off again. After getting her answer she took off and just flew around ponyville only to be sucked in by reality and woke up having to use the little fillies room.

Thunder Dash got up in reality and watched Shining Star as she ran to the bathroom. He then waited around for a while. Suddenly, there was a small flash of light. There was no storm. Thunder Dash knew that something was just not right. The changelings had been peacefully moving about Ponyville and weren't stirring up any trouble. There was another flash followed by an evil laugh. It wasn't Discord, for he was working with Princess Celestia. "Who could be causing this?" Thunder Dash asked. 

 

(OOC: That sign of Thunder Dash being able to go into others dreams means Thunder Dash is nearing his destiny fulfillment)

at the second flash of light, shining star was warped under Storm Rushes wing, shaking like a leaf and refusing to come out to any pony that tried to talk out of of his wing.

(OOC: He actually is to become Prince and the seventh Element of Harmony: Courage, if you don't mind me doing it)

 

Thunder Dash saw Shining Star shaking under his wing. He then hugged her. "Everything will be ok Shining Star. No matter what happens, I wil always be here and so will Rainbow Dash, Storm Rush and Electra Blitz." Thunder Dash said. Suddenly there was another flash. "Alright, I've got to know what's happening. I'm going over to Canterlot to talk with Celestia. Rainbow, look after Shining Star." Thunder Dash said as he flew out. 

 

Thunder Dash hurried over to Canterlot, to find a thick smoke heading towards it. He hurried into Celestia's castle. "Your highness." Thunder Dash said bowing. "Something's happening. Who is causing this?" Thunder Dash asked. Suddenly a royal guard dashed into the place. "He...has returned." The guard said taking off his helmet. Celestia gasped, for she knew who it was. It was Saura, one of Celestia's Alicorn Guards. He had come back a second time for more vegance. "Saura, one of my most loyal guards...wanted to be like me. I told him he couldn't, but he still insisted and tried to raise the sun himself to prove that he was greater than me. But, I stopped him and banished him to the Everfree Forest. While in the forest, vegance and hatred filled his heart. He started performing dark magic and soon came back to challenge me. Yet, I beat him again. Now, I'm afraid, he's back, more powerful that before. It'll take more than the Elements of Harmony to beat him." Celestia explained. Thunder Dash gasped. He had a feeling inside, a feeling of self-doubt. "I don't know if I could do this...I don't want to leave my family behind. But if there's no other choice...so be it." He thought to himself. "I will do my best." Thunder Dash said leaving the room and returning to Cloudsdale as fast as he could. He zoomed back in the room. "Terrible news! Saura, an former Alicorn Guard of Celestia has returned. He used to work for Celestia, until he was banished for trying to raise the sun with his own magic." Thunder Dash explained. He then looked at Shining Star. "Ok Shining Star, now, I'm gonna teach you how to use magic in combat." Thunder Dash said. "We don't have much time. We must gather every single unicorn in Ponyville." Electra Blitz said. "We'll need more than that. I'll fetch some changelings." Thunder Dash said. "And I'll gather the bearers of the Elements of Harmony." Rainbow Dash said. "Shining Star, you stay here with Storm Rush. Storm Rush, I'm depending on you to keep Shining Star safe." Thunder Dash said as he flew off. Thunder Dash headed to a nearby changeling hive and called all the changelings out. There were about 200 changelings all together in the hive. Rainbow Dash got Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Princess Twilight and Fluttershy. Electra Blitz found many unicorns. He then flew back up to Cloudsdale and met the others. "Alright, every unicorn is waiting in the center of town." Electra Blitz said. "Good." Thunder Dash said. He then counted the changelings. There were 200. "Alright, now everypony, let's head down to town. I call for an urgent town meeting." Thunder Dash said. He flew down quickly to the Mayor's office and told her about the situation. She rang the bell and called everypony to the center of town. When everypony was there, Thunder Dash began the meeting. "Alright everypony, we are in urgent need of help. Saura, a former Alicorn Guard of Princess Celestia...has returned." All of the ponies in the crowd gasped. "This is why I called you out, because we are gonna need a lot of help in defeating Saura. Suddenly, Spitfire landed with some of her Wonderbolt flyers and so did a group of Air Force pegasus. Up in Canterlot, Princess Celestia was watching the entire scene along with Luna.

Star looked up at Storm Rush with fear in her eyes. Deep down she prayed that Thunder-Dash and Rainbow Dash got all the help they needed. Far on the other side of Equestria Chrysalis felt this prayer and began rounding all the changelings up. Using her link within all the changelings around the world, she called to them and had them flying back to ponyville. While Thunder-Dash was having his emergency meeting the closer changelings began to fill the sky and land with in ponyville. Others arrived soon after dressed out and ready for battle and handing out battle armor and weapons to the changelings that needed them. With in thirty minutes every changeling following Chrysalis was either on the ground in Ponyville Town Square or in the sky ready for battle Chrysalis walks up on the stage up to Thunder-dash. "Heard you needed some help. There are a good 67,000 changelings at your command, as well as me."

Thunder Dash was smiling like never before. Suddenly there was a huge flash of light and Saura was there, right before everypony's eyes, with his army. There were about 100,000 in his army. Saura let out an evil laugh. "So what do we have here? A group of defenseless ponies whom I will crush down to the ground!" He said. "Pathetic, just pathetic. You think you've got what it takes, but no. Let me show you what power is." He said as he commanded his army to charge. "CHARGE!!!" Thunder Dash yelled as he flew forward and knocked out several of Saura's men. Ten of Saura's men were aiming for him. They all jumped on top of him, but he knocked them all off with a single spark. After, Thunder Dash noticed a changeling down. He quickly healed it up.

The sky turned dark as 43,000 more changelings arrived coming from beyond the everfree forest, and they were ready for battle. The changelings all began attacking the enemy troops and a few of them getting cut down to the ground. They recovered and rejoined in on the battle as they all fought for not only their lives, but the lives of the ponies that finally accepted them.

Somehow, Saura made more of his army appear using the dark magic he taught himself. Thunder Dash let out a major discharge and stunned about 20 men. For some reason, a changeling knew he needed a quick shot, and went to find a loose storm cloud. In a matter of seconds, the changeling returned with the cloud and Thunder Dash's energy was restored. He made sure to use not so much on discharges, but enough to stun his enemies.

The battle could be heard up in Cloudsdale and Star looked at Storm Rush. "whats going on down there Uncle Rush!" In ponyville Changelings were falling out of the sky after being cut down by the enemy. They were severely out matched but they tried to do the best they could

Saura looked with pleasure as the changelings fell from the sky. Thunder Dash realized that if Saura wasn't destroyed, he would continue making more army men. Thunder Dash then charged for Saura, but he teleported. Thunder Dash knew where he was gonna go and ended up stunning Saura with a beam and pinning him down on the ground. "Look how much suffering you've caused Celestia in the past few years. You think you're gonna continue...well you're not!" Thunder Dash said. Saura tried to get out of Thunder Dash's hold, but Thunder Dash zapped him to keep him down on the ground. No matter what Saura would not give. After trying several times to escape, Thunder Dash couldn't take Saura's resistance. He unleashed a mighty beam. 

 

Up in Cloudsdale, Storm Rush saw the beam. "Oh no!" He said. "Come on Shining Star, let's go help Thunder Dash." He said as he put her on his back and flew down to Ponyville. 

 

Back on the ground, Saura had disintegrated into a mare smoke, which was rising into the sky. What Thunder Dash didn't know, was that Saura's spirit was still living. The dark clouds had cleared up for only for a while. The worst was yet to come. "It's over." Thunder Dash said. Everypony was getting themselves together. Suddenly, Thunder Dash saw Storm Rush.

When star got off Storm Rushes back, she was grabbed by an unseen force. a Changeling yelled. "the Princess!" and all the changelings began to fly to where Shining Star was struggling to get out of the unseen grasp. She kicked and screamed and all the changelings were now trying to use their magic to help free her.

Thunder Dash used a strong magic and yielded the magic from Shining Star and gave her to Rainbow Dash. 

 

Suddenly, there was a rumble, Thunder Dash looked up. There, right in front of him, was the largest meteor he had ever seen. He sensed energy in it. It was Saura's spirit still living. It let out an evil laugh. "If this meteor crashes down, Ponyville and the surrounding areas will be destroyed and I will become ruler!" The voice said. Thunder Dash stood there petrified. He had never been through this in his life. He then remembered several words Celestia had said. "It is all up to you Thunder Dash.". 

 

"Somepony do something!" A voice shouted. It was Pinkie Pie. Rainbow Dash called in the other bearers of the elements of harmony, for a Harmony Blast attempt. The rainbow collided with the meteor.....but....it broke! The Elements of Harmony had failed! Thunder Dash knew right then, he would have to sacrafice himself. A tear fell from his eyes. Throughts of self-doubt filled his mind. "I don't know if I wanna sacrifice myself. Shining Star, Storm Rush, Rainbow Dash, Electra Blitz. They're my family." He thought. He looked at the meteor slowly inching towards the ground. He then realized that if he didn't act, all of them would perish and Saura would win. He then spread his wings out. "It's either Ponyville or me. But I won't let Saura win! It's not over yet! I do this for me, for my friends, for my family, for Equestria!" He said as he blasted towards the meteor gathering all the energy that he could. This was going to be one of the biggest hits he's ever delivered. He then did an electra-sonic rainboom followed by a regular sonic rainboom. He then collided with the meteor and there was a giant explosion and a flash of light. When all the light dissappeared, Thunder Dash...was gone.

 

But...somewhere in an unknown realm, he was still alive. "W-where am I?" He asked. He was floating on nothing but mysterious auras. Suddenly Celestia appeared. "My brave Thunder Dash. You truly have what it takes." Celestia said. "Takes? To do what?" Thunder Dash said. "You have overcome many obstacles in your life and have demonstrated a large amount of courage." Celestia said as a necklece with a pattern that resembled Thunder Dash's cutie mark appeared.

In ponyville everything went quiet. The changelings were on the ground or in the air, some trying to wake Chrysalis who had given her life in the battle, and shining star was yelling up to the sky. To shining Star time seemed to have stood still, and no sounds could be heard. She fought against Rainbow-Dashes grasps in attempted to fly up to where Thunder-Dash was last seen, but then turned around and buried her face into Rainbow's chest crying hard

Rainbow Dash was also crying, for before, she did not want Thunder Dash to sacrifice himself. Rainbow Dash was hugging Shining Star tightly. Fluttershy was also crying as well. 

 

Up in the realm, Celestia was explaining to Thunder Dash that not only he exemplified courage, but how deeply he understood it. She even brought up befriending Chrysalis. "Now, it is time Thunder Dash, to be the Thunder Dash you were meant to be. Thunder Dash was taken into the air by a mysterious magic that engulfed him and sent him back to Ponyville.

 

In Ponyville, there was a flash of light, as a star descended on to the ground. The light faded and......Thunder Dash was revealed...with a unicorn horn like Celestia's and the harmony necklace! Thunder Dash spread his wings out proudly, for he was now the Prince of Courage and all of Ponyville. He would be seated next to Princess Twilight Sparkle.

Shining Star saw this and flew over to Thunder-dash hugging him tightly and crying very very hard. She continued to cry and all the Changelings cheered in joy when they saw Thunder-Dash return from what they though was the dead. The changelings trying to tend to Chrysalis called the TOD and moved her body to the nearby morgue.

Thunder Dash saw Shining Star hugging him. He picked her up and hugged her. He then gave her to Rainbow Dash. He then saw Chrysalis' body being moved. He then quickly flew over with a tear in his eye. "Wait." He said. He then looked at the motionless body of Chrysalis. "Thank you so much. I can never pay you more than this." He said as his horn lit up. He then touched the body of the motionless Chrysalis and waited.

All the changelings around him looked at her body, but nothing happened and they looked down at the ground. They then began to take her to the morgue and started working on a tombstone for her. They had no idea when she was born, and left that part blank and engraved the year she died. A few changelings cried and others went over to star, the new queen of the Changelings.

(OOC: Nah, just make a slice of life between you and I. Besides, this is the only RP I'm in. So after this, let's just make it a slice of life, and occasionally some villan fights)

 

Thunder Dash didn't give up. He kept on following the changelings and stopped them again. He then remembered all the Chrysalis had did for him. He didn't want to end for her like this. He then recited a small rhyme

 

You gave your life up for me

So I can continue to be

Our bond is strong

And so is my will to see you again!

 

With this, Thunder Dash gathered his energy from his body and horn and poured it out on Chrysalis. There was a beam of light. When the light faded...

(ok, sounds good. I'll change the name atty the end of this post, though chrysalis will remain dead. It was the last thing she did for her daughter)

Chrysalis looked like she was going to come back. She opened her eyes and looked atty Thunder-Dash and said, "take care of star for me. Help her remember who she is now that I am not going to be around. She is now Queen Shining Star. Show get the way to be a good leader and tell her mommy loves her and will check in on her from time to time." She closes get eyes and her chest stops rising and falling. She passes with a smile on her face. The changelings look at thunder-dash for guidance on what to do
