[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,824]

(OOC: The name of the roleplay? Ok, but keep it private between you and I)

 

Thunder Dash then commanded the changelings to burry Chrysalis in the hive she resided in and to seal that hive up, for now that would be her resting place. Thunder Dash then used a quick memory spell to make Shining Star forget about what had just happened. He then embraced her in his arms. The other ponies had gone to clean up Ponyville. Suddenly, Pinkie Pie butted into the situation. "Umm, shouldn't we be in Canterlot for Thunder Dash's Prince ceramony?" She asked. Thunder Dash gasped and then put Shining Star on his back. "Oh my goodness! How could I forget about my own coronation?!" Thunder Dash asked zooming into the air towards Canterlot with Rainbow Dash, Storm Rush and Electra Blitz following behind. When he arrived in Canterlot, there was a large group of ponies cheering for him.

The small group of changelings complied with the order and moved her to her first hive she lived in. They sealed the Hive and placed flowers around it and on the door hung her name encrusted in gold reading. "here lies Queen Chrysalis, Queen of the Changelings. Born___ Died 2305 (just made up a date) She made the ultimate sacrifice and gave her life so others may live. semper paratus"

 

In Canterlot the residence of Hive one went to the coronation and watch everything unfold. One of them had been tasked with asking about shining star becoming queen, but had to wait till the end of the coronation.

 

(ooc: dont worry, wasnt going to change the RP to open, i think its simpler with just two people)

After the coronation was over, Thunder Dash talked to the changeling. "Despite Shining Star being my daughter, she is now the queen, but I won't mention it to her. And don't get excited and blurt it out when you see her okay?" Thunder Dash said. "Because this is for her protection." He added.

The changeling nodded in understanding and went to tell the others. Shining star went up to Thunder-dash. "Congrats daddy. Your now a prince....dose that make me a princess? or dose it not work like that." she asked pondering the question. Back in ponyville the changelings that already occupied the tunnels showed the new changelings from hive one around the place and gave them maps so that they would not get lost.

"I'm afraid it doesn't work like that...but...I will still live with you and we'll still have our same home in Cloudsdale." Thunder Dash assured Shining Star. "At last, my dream has come true. Ponies and changelings are now, living together...in harmony." Thunder Dash said.

Shining star gave Thunder-dash a big hug. Deep down she could not explain why, but she could feel a stronger connection with the changelings.

 

Down in ponyville all the changelings that came from different regions all were told on how to act around Shining Star. They all agreed and went to pay their respects to Chrysalis by placing flowers of different variations and then taking flight back to the hives they had come from.

Thunder Dash also felt a stronger connection with the changelings. By time the coronation had ended, it was evening time. The weekend was right around the corner and the special Wonderbolt performance. "Rainbow, I arranged a get together with Spitfire and Soarin' for a practice run on our routine. It will be tomorrow. We must get everything perfect." Thunder Dash said. Rainbow Dash nodded in agreement.

Shining Star said. "good luck guys, im going to go down to ponyville and play with the CMC." With that she took off and flew down to ponyville to find that they were trying to fix up damaged shops. "I wonder what happened here?, Oh well, maybe i can help them repair" And she went to find the mayor to see what she could help with. The mayor kindly refused the services and told her that Applebloom and Sweetiebell were waiting for her at their tree house

Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle and Applebloom were very excited to see Shining Star. They couldn't believe that her dad was the Prince now. "I can't believe it! It's amazing! You're now the daughter of a Prince!" Scootaloo said excitedly. 

 

Up in Cloudsdale, Rainbow Dash, Thunder Dash, Spitfire and Soarin' had gotten together for a practice run of the performance for the upcoming Saturday.

Shining Star was very happy that Thunder-Dash was a Prince down,but could not help having somewhat of a sad look on her face. After some time, she finally asked Sweetybell, "what happened to all the shops and home in Ponyville?" She asked feeling very silly that she needed to ask such a question

"You remember, that evil guy? He's the one that caused all of it." Sweetie Belle said. "Yeah, and your dad took him on and sacrificed himself for everyone, which is why he became a Prince." Scootaloo explained. 

 

Suddenly, Prince Thunder Dash steps in. "Hey guys." He said. The CMCs gasped and bowed respectfully.

Shining Star turned and looked at Thunder-Dash. "dad, what dose she mean when she said you sacrificed yourself, and what evil guy is sweetie belle talking about?" She asked with a very confused look on her face.

 

Meanwhile the three changelings in Los Pegasus had no idea what had happened while they were gone and returned six months over due from their 'little' vacation. they get back and look at the rebuilding process taking place and they talk to another changeling that told them everything. they looked down afraid of what was going to happen being they failed at what they were suppose to do. Protect the Princess. they were then told that Shining Star was now Queen Shining Star, and that they can not mention it to her. they nodded in agreement and set off to find either Thunder-dash, Rainbow Dash, or Storm Rush.

"Well, what that means is that I would give my life up for saving Equestria. If I hadn't done that, we all would've been wiped out by the meteor. Because of my true understanding of Courage and my will to keep fighting until it is over, I became a true Alicorn and the Prince.

"but why don't i remember any of this and they do? were are around the same age." she complained trying very hard to comprehend all this and try to make sense of it all. "why could i not remember anything about this evil guy, your dying, or any other ponies and changelings dying!"

"That, I don't know. Maybe it went by so fast to you, and slow to them." Thunder Dash concluded. He then made his skateboard appear and started to wipe the dust off of it with a rag he found hanging on a hook in the treehouse. 

 

Meanwhile Storm Rush was helping repair some damaged machines in the weather factory.

She looked down upset. She knew Thunder-Dash was hiddeing something and flew off to Find rainbow Dash. She looked all over the place and then remembering the weekend started tomorrow flew to the Wonderbolts Training center. She waited at the gates determined to get an answer.

"Hmmm." Thunder Dash said. "I wasn't hiding anything. I just told her the truth and she flew off just like that...weird..." He thought to himself. He then said goodbye to the CMC and went to look for Shining Star. 

 

He found her back up in Cloudsdale with Rainbow Dash. "He wasn't hiding anything. I saw the whole thing. Yes, he did give up his life for Equestria, but was transported to a realm after the meteor exploded. That's were he met Celestia, in which he was transformed into an Alicorn Prince." Rainbow Dash explained. "That's right." Thunder Dash assured.

"but why cant i remember any of it?" Shining star continued to complain about not being able to remember anything from the events that transpired that day. "I should be able to remember, shouldn't I?" she asked now close to crying being that she could not remember, but everypony else could remember.

"This is so weird." Thunder Dash said. He then thought. He then tried a recovery spell, which recovered any memories from an event and transfers them to another pony, while he still retains those memories. "That should probably work." Thunder Dash said. "Now do you remember?" He asked.

shining star thinks for a moment and all the images of what happened that day come flooding back to her. she begins shaking, not from fear, but from so many memories coming in at once. she then stops shaking and remembers who she was before everything, the war that took place to bring her 'home' and remembered Chrysalis dying to protect everypony. "... ... Im a... ... princess?

Thunder Dash said nothing and remembered what the changeling said. "Wow, I guess that spell brought back everything." Thunder Dash said. Thunder Dash thought about everything that had happened. He remembered when he met Chrysalis for the first time and finding out who Shining Star really was. Since Chrysalis had given her life up for the sake of saving others, Shining Star was now the Princess of Changelings.

"how is that even possible? Im your daughter, not Chrysalises daughter...(she looks at Thunder-Dash then to Rainbow-Dash)... i am your daughter right?" she asked

"Yes, but, how about this. I, Thunder Dash, your dad, and the Prince of Ponyville, will take the spot of being Prince of the Changelings." Thunder Dash said. "But still, I think Princess Shining Star is a beautiful name for ya." Thunder Dash said making a beautiful golden tiara appear on Shining Star's head. "You'll be called Princess Shining Star, but I will be handling the changelings. instead of you. When you get older, I'll hand it off to you." Thunder Dash said. "Doesn't that sound good?" He asked.

Shining Star nods her head in agreement and hugs Thunder-Dash. She still can not remember the events that transpired through out the war, but remembers chrysalis dying for the greater good. "so what i still dont understand is how is it that i am princess of the Changelings when i had to relation on Queen Chrysalis."

"Well, when I first met Chrysalis while trying to get you back, I overheard some changelings saying things like "We must protect the Princess" and other similar things. When trying to revive Chrysalis, before she passed, she told me to protect you the best I could and be the dad I was meant to be. Oh, and one more thing, since Queen Chrysalis is no longer here, it does make you the new Queen, but I'm still keep it at Princess. Besides, there's no Queen or King around here."
