Shining Star remained asleep, softly nuzzling Thunder-Dash, every so often and sucking on her hoof like a new born foal would do. She did not dream or anything and this caught Luna's attention , raising suspicion and alerting her to Shining Star being unhappy. Shining Star's stomach growled and she woke up look, with that dazed look on her muzzle. "where....where am i?"

"You're here. right in my lap." Thunder Dash stated. "You haven't eaten in a while. Let's go get something at Applebucks, that'll probably cheer you up." Thunder Dash suggested as he got up and stretched out. Sparks flared from his body. He then waited for Shining Star to get up.

shining star gets up and climbs on to thunder dashes back looking around at everything like she had no idea where she was at, or if she was still dreaming. she held onto thunder-dash as she honestly could not remember anything about the house or anything.

ooc: i was thinking of starting another RP. dont have a name yet or anything. and using my new OC. Onyx Moon.will give more information if you want it.

Thunder Dash began to rise into the air with Shining Star on his back. As he rose, he thought about how Shining Star couldn't remember where they were. He performed a quick return spell that brought back the memories of the location. He then continued to fly down to Applebucks.

*the Spell, seemed to have had taken no effect on Shining Star, though, if anything, she started looking more and more like a changeling, than a changeling mix. She still had the look of confusion on her face as we both passed other ponies going down the street.*

*Back at Canterlot Castle, Luna quickly rummaged through the Royal Library, even through the Forbidden Section* "why do i get the feeling that i have seen this type of dream before?!" *she yells in somewhat desperation*

"Hey Shining, you look kinda weird...like...like...you're becoming more and more changeling like. We've gotta get you over to Luna's or Celestia's place and return you back to the half-breed you were meant to be." Thunder said picking up Shining Star and putting her on his back.

She begins vomiting over the side of thunder dashes back.* "sorry. I'm not feeling so good. And who is princess luna? Why do we need to go see her?" She asked clearly dazed and confused

 

Meanwhile, Luna finds what she was looking for. "No... this can not be." She continues reading the book and finds what she was not wanting to find.

Thunder started to walk a little faster. "Remember, Princess Luna's the pony whom you seem to always find in your dreams. Come on! Stay with it Star. No matter what, Daddy's gonna return you back the way you were." Thunder proclaimed as he continued to search for Luna.

As we both neared the castle, Luna found all the info she needed and tried to send a letter to thunder dash back at his home, but due to not being there, he never gets it. A changling guard However gets it and sends another guard out to try and find thunder dash with the letter. Just as thunder dash gets to the castle the changling finds him. "Sir. Luna needs to see you asap! It's about shining star.

"Which is what I was coming here for sir." Thunder stated as he galloped toward's Luna's room. He soon arrived there. "Luna! Thank Celestia I find you. Something's wrong with Shining Star." Thunder stated gathering some electricity and gently laying Shining Star on the floor by Luna.

Her changling side is dying. I can't find any healing spells that will work on this either. The only one that can save her now is chrysallis herself and she has disappeared to start a new hive. At this rate....*sighs* at this rate, she has only three months to live. This is Amarallis. She will help you find chrysallis and i will take care of shining star while you track her down.

"But...but...Chrysalis gave up her life during the war with...Saura." Thunder stated as a tear fell from his eye. "Where can I find this pony? I don't want my daughter to die? The question is...why is her changeling side dying?" Thunder asked still thinking with tears in his eyes.

"Half-breeds never survive more than three years after birth. Shining star was lucky and survived for 8 years. She is dying because the changeling side needs to spend half a year in those cocoons in order to survive. If you can find her new hive, you will find the new queen. Only a queen changling can make this cocoon"

"So let me get this straight...Shining Star must be put in a cocoon every 6 months to maintain the form? No wonder why Chrysalis was searching for her all along! Now I get it! She was trying to protect her one and only special foal. Gah, if only I could bring Chrysalis right now..." Thunder stated.

"That is correct thunder dash. Being they chrysallis is gone, there must be another queen. Even if it's from another hive. If you feel that this is what you must do to save time then go to the other changling hives. The honeycomb hive and the hagfish hives are only a month journey." *she said as some medical ponies took shining star away

"Wh...where are they taking her? There must be some sort of way to keep her changling side alive artificially until we find a hive very close. Thunder started to follow the medical ponies. 

 

(OOC: It would've been really good if Chrysalis did die in that war. That way, it would make things easier.)

Luna stops him with her wing. "Relax. They are taking her to the underground facility that will freeze her mind and body. This way, she will live longer. This will buy you only a few weeks though. It is imperative that you seek these other hives quickly.

 

(Ooc: do you mean that she didn't die? )

(OOC: No, she did die. And by the way, let's skip to when she's better. That way we could get back to the life of Shining Star. I would like to have it so that she grows up to a teen and meets a colt that falls for her. Sound good?)

 

Thunder was breathing heavily. He really wanted to go see Shining Star. "Sh...she's....she's my daughter..." She said as tears started to cascade down his eyes. He really wanted to hug Luna then and there as he started to sob very lightly.

(Ooc:I was kinda wanting you to do a "fight for my daughter" type of thing, proving to shining star that she is your daughter)

*Luna hugs back* "I understand and right now she needs you more than ever before. In her dreams she is at a cross road not knowing who she is. Help her find that she is your little filly, half breed or not"

(OOC: When? Right then and there? I'll save that for when she reaches the hive. Hopefully that's a good time to do it.)

 

"That's...what I've been trying to do Luna. I know she is capable of earning a cutie mark, because her pony side of her appears dominant. But what could her cutie mark be? She's an excellent flyer...maybe...if...I could have her pursue one thing that she really likes..." Thunder stated wiping the tears from his face.

(Ooc: Of course to the save it for the hive. Only time for it really) "her pony side may be dominant. But i fear she will not get a cutie Mark. The honeycomb hive will be able to answer that question. Now. Get some rest. You will need it for your journey tomorrow morning."

Thunder returned home and went to bed. He made sure he had plenty of sleep that night. 

 

Soon, morning rose. Thunder was up early. He packed his bags and started his journey to the hive. Storm Rush, Electra Blitz and Rainbow Dash came along with him. He was determined to save Shining Star.

A pony was waiting for them on the out scirts of ponyville. This pony had a hood over itself and looked very mysterious. This strange pony came up to the group when they arrived and all that could be seen were white eyes* "you must be thunder dash. I am amarallis.

"Yes. I am Thunder Dash, and this is my family: Storm Rush, Electra Blitz and Rainbow Dash." Thunder stated addressing them. "Do you know how to get to the hive where Shining Star is supposed to be?" Thunder asked as he continued to look around. "I just hope that...Shining Star makes it..." Rainbow said getting a bit choked up. "It's okay Rainbow." Thunder assured.

*the hooded pony looked around* "no, i do not. i have been trying to figure out what happened to the Chrysallis hive, but to no avail. Its like they all just up and disappeard. As for the other hives exact location, i can not give you, but if you promise that i can come with, i can help you find the Hagfish and the Honeycomb hives" *she whispered in a low and mysterious voice

(ooc: finally home and can give a picture of what she looks like uncloaked. She is pretty much hidden from head to hoof, and the only thing that can be seen of her is the errie white glow of her eyes, and a shadowy muzzle this is what shining star is turning into right now
