"She's gonna probably go for Equestria, just like the little filly said. She's probably taking this time to hatch more changelings and once enough changelings are hatched, she'll probably secretly capture Princess Celestia and transform herself into Princess Celestia, and begin her reign of terror." Thunder Dash said. "Make sure you station your best defenses up in Canterlot, 'cause that's where she might start." Thunder Dash adressed the 2nd Lieutenant.

"You are probably right. I need you to take a team and look for anything out of the ordinary. Leave a small team to defend this filly just incase, my advise would be rainbow and Ace since she seems more comfortable with them." back at the Hive "How did this happen! The cocoon changed her and she changed back!!!!" Chrysalis yelled. "My queen, perhaps it was her self that change into her original state. perhaps she is still a changeling and they just dont know it yet?" a drone said trying to calm the queen down. "I dont care, i will take that filly, if its the last thing i do!"

"Yes sir!" Thunder Dash said saluting. He then gave Ace and Rainbow Dash directions. "Storm, let's head over to Canterlot. We will station there until any notice. Oh, and take these. Canterlot was still repairing all its buildings and some of the RTO (Radio Transmitting Operators) were still getting reports of cities in Equestria still under heavy attack. Many groups were still being dispatched all across Equestria to help out in anyway necessary. A PFC (Private First Class) walked up to the group that just arrived and said "Command Master Sergeant Storm-Rush, thank Celestia that you are here, I am currently the highest ranking Soldier here out of all the branches of the EMAF, and we still have Coast Guard, Navy, and Marine corps ponies here if that says anything. Being you are the rank you hold, you now are the lead pony for all branches of the EMAF. What are you orders?"

 

Back at Ponyville a PV2 (Private second grade or E-2 in the Army Ranks) walks up to shining Star with Apple Jack,tears in her eyes, at his side. "Shining Star?" Shining Star looks at him. "Ma'am, on behalf of Princess Celestia and Luna, the EMAF Army and a Grateful Nation, Please accept these flags" He levitates the two flags to shining Star "as a symbol of our gratitude for your loved ones Honorable and Faithful Service." Shining Star takes the flags not sure of what was happening and then it hit her, hard, she remembered how her father had to do this type of thing only with ponies that served the EMAF at one point in time and died of old age. She then ran inside SCC not sure of what else to do.

 

In the Hive. Chrysalis holds on to Shining Stars cloak. "Soon, you will be all mine." (add an evil laugh here)

Shining Star is laying in the corner of the store with Pinkie Pie trying to see what is wrong with her and trying to cheer her up. "She is over here. I dont know what is wrong with her, nothing i do seems to work" "after everything *hic/sob* everything we did, they still die."

Back underground, Rainbow Dash and Ace were settling in. Rainbow Dash had obtained some cakes and fresh milk from Sugarcube Corner awhile ago.

Shining Star remained in the corner of the underground hideout. She was dumping out her saddlebags looking for her cloak, tears still running down her muzzle.

 

In Canterlot Luna was sitting on the Throne with Celesta at her side, Celesta still looked confused about what had happened. She was explaining what had happened when Thunder-Dash and his group came in. "I was talking with the Ambassador of Saddlearebia when suddenly i am regaining myself inside a cocoon. Then i am just released. I do not understand." Celesta said. Luna looked at Celestia and replied. "Fear not sister, We will help you understand."

 

The Radios remain broadcasting "This is delta two-five whisky we are seriously out numbered, requesting to pull back, over; Delta two-five whisky this is Foxtrot two November, negative, negative, we need you to hold your current location, we have a semidetached in route to your location at this time; Solid copy Foxtrot two November, Delta two-five Whisky holding position and awaiting enforcement; Overlord, this is Gladiator six, we have a pony down, requesting casevac; Solid Copy Gladiator six, all current avaiable forces are currently engaged at this time, do what you an out"

 

In the Hive, a praetorian approaches the Queen. "My Queen. We still hold a tight hold on Los Pegasus and Manehatten. We need to try and retake other cities." the queen looked at the changeling. "No, we will have them remain fighting in these two places. Make them think we are unable to fight. In two weeks have the Los Pegasus battle group retreat and have only a handful of changelings raise the white flag. This will throw them ponies all for a loop." "yes my Queen"

 

Meanwhile in Canterlot, there was no sign of Chrysalis, nor any changelings. Thunder Dash and Storm Rush visited with Princess Celestia for the time being.

Princess Celestia said. "Shouldn't the shield be up just in case?" Thunder Dash asked. "Not yet." Princess Celestia said. "Not yet?!" Thunder Dash asked. "But, Queen Chrysalis is hatching more and more changelings." Storm Rush said. "I know that, but you see, as time passes, the shield grows weaker, but that doesn't mean it will fade." Princess Celestia said.

 

Back underground, Rainbow Dash had stuffed herself with cakes.

Ace looked at Raibow and the cak frosting around her. "Uh wow Rainbow...din't know you could eat that much.....don't eat it all in one night." Ace went over and grabbed two slices he then went back to Star who was still in the corner and put one of the plates in front of her.

Up in Canterlot, Thunder Dash was going around every Royal Guard using his see-through spell, to make sure no changelings were lurking about. Everything was good and the Royal Guards were okay. Meanwhile Storm was walking around watching out for any suspicious activity.

Back in Canterlot the PFC walks up to Thunder-Dash. "Everything is quite. We just recived word that Whinysota just got retaken and they are starting to rebuild"

"Good, make sure Baltimare is okay, I need all of the major cities to be protected and ready in case of an attack. We cannot lose our big cities, especially Baltimare, where we get our food supply from." Thunder Dash said. Storm Rush was also talking to a military personel.

in Ponyville Shining Star, after an hour of sitting in the corner, finally finishes the cake and walks over to Rainbow and Ace. She looks at Rainbow and then slowly starts inching closer to her. 

 

In the Hive. "My queen, we have figured out what happened. the filly is now a changeling but her pony form is keeping ponies from knowing it. Also the other ponies have this spell that can see through our disguises." the Queen looks at this drone "And this puts the filly in danger?" "No my Queen, we are not sure how this happened but she will appear as she currently is when the spell is used on her." "Very well, we are accelerating our plans, Have the Los Pegasus group and the Baltimare group retreat and have two groups, one from each location 'surrender'"

 

In Canterlot "Phoenix one actual this is phoenix two bravo, are you seeing what i am seeing?; I am and i am not believing it. They are falling back. All units on this NET move up. Advance. move in, move in."  "Canterlot Control, this is Foxtrot two-five, be advised enemy changelings are falling back, We are retaking Baltimare and Los Pegasus. I dont believe this."

 

The PFC runs back over to Thunder-Dash. "Sir!, The Changelings!, They are retreating!!!"

But I already know, and unfortunately, it deals with the little filly. You see, when we went to the hive, the little filly was already in the cocoon being transformed into a changeling. But, I freed her. Yet she still has the changeling virus inside of her. But, I know this one spell that heals a pony of everything, but I can only use it every 24 hours. If I attempt to do it consecutively, it'll make me faint and I won't be able to use any spells for 24 hours. Once we meet Shining Star, I'm gonna have to perform it on her right away. In the meantime, keep a super sharp watch out, as I said before, this is a set-up.

"Sir, we have confirmed the retreat, and we have a few prisoners."

 

"Good. All the ponies are distracted, just as i planed. All Changelings Attack Ponyville." Chrysalis ordered. Suddenly Soldier ponies started dropping like flies. "Radio Canterlot, Tell them we need ACK!" Changelings poured into Ponyville Immediately taking out the radio transmission operators and their equipment with in seconds. They had one objective. and that was to find the filly. Ponies were running away, but the changelings did not pay any mind to the ponies. the only ponies that they cared about was the EMAF ponies, which were quickly taken out before they knew what hit them. in the first minute the RTO and all equipment was over run, the third minute all the EMAF Ponies were on the ground bound and gagged. The only thing that prevented Canterlot to know about this happening was Ponyville had just reported in and are not due to report in again for another six hours. "Bring out the Filly. I am sure you would not want anything to happen to little Sweetie Bell and Apple Bloom out here" a praetorian yelled. "I am sure that you all would like to make a trade. We are on a very limited time budget. so if you all could hurry up and give us the filly." two drones are holding onto sweetie bell and apple bloom in their magic. 

 

Apple Jack was listening to this "Rainbow! Ace! They have mah lil sis. What do we do?!"

"I've got a bad feeling about Ponyville." Thunder Dash said. Suddenly, he saw dozens of millitary troops rushing out of Canterlot. "The changelings! They've returned!" Thunder Dash yelled. Thunder Dash zoomed to Princess Celestia's castle. "Celestia, the changelings, Queen Chrysalis, they've come back, and are attacking Ponyville." Thunder Dash said. "Alright, it is time to put up that shield. Leave this place at once, for once the shield is up, nopony can leave Canterlot. Now go! Fight for Ponyville and fight for your friends!" Princess Celestia said. "Yes mam!" Thunder Dash said spreading his wings out wide. He quickly got Storm Rush and they both headed for the hideout to get Rainbow Dash, Ace and Shining Star.

 

Once they arrived at the hideout, Thunder Dash quickly opened the door. "Rainbow, Ace! Y'all gotta get outta there! The changelings! They've returned!" Thunder Dash yelled. "But what about Shining Star?!" Rainbow Dash asked. "One of you must stay with her." Thunder Dash said.

One of the Changelings snickered as he saw Thunder-Dash fly into SCC. with in seconds The changelings were storming the SCC and tearing in apart, breaking everything and Everything. in Baltimare a few changelings were waving the white flag trying to keep from getting shot and/or killed

With a concetrated shock of energy, Thunder Dash knocked out every single changeling in SCC, so that no further damage was done. Meawhile Rainbow Dash was coming up from the hideout, still a little slow from the cake stuffing. Storm Rush had also taken out some changelings.

At this the last thirty changelings that were struck down waved a white flag signaling their surrender. "Please, don't hurt us, we surrender. We surrender. See?See? our little white flag....Is...Is that chocolate?....We give up, please don't kill us" They are now all laying on the ground waving a white flag

Thunder Dash took a couple steps towards the surrendering changelings. "Are you being honest? No no, let me ask you something. Do you think this is a game?" Thunder Dash asked charging up his currents. He then looked straight in the changeling's eyes. "Never...Come...BACK!!!" He said staring right into the changeling's eyes. Meanwhile Rainbow Dash had knocked out more changelings.

Thunder Dash asked charging up his currents. He then looked straight in the changeling's eyes. "Never...Come...BACK!!!" He said staring right into the changeling's eyes. Meanwhile Rainbow Dash had knocked out more changelings.
