Hunter sighed "well i accept your terms i will agree to your terms, i will leave you alone, and now that i know that the rebellion are a threat i will have to add protection, i will have to talk to the other officials about this, before i go i have a question, can i take a few bottles of that white wine i was served? it was quite good"

"I was...... disposing of something, in the dumpster behind Sasha's apartment building and she talked to me from the shadows."

*King explained.*

 

"Oh, right, I noticed that you cleaned the place up. Sorry we screwed up and made it too dangerous to stay there."

*Sasha said to King. She then turned to Rocketeer.*

"Lester has our stuff set up at his house in a neighborhood outside the city. Unless something major is going on that requires us to be here, we will probably be staying there until the coast is clear.*

"I wouldn't go back yet," warned Eos. "It's only been a day and everyone presumes you're dead. Walking out right away is going to make you a simple target." She glanced at the bottle of wine and made a face. "You like this stuff? Glad to get rid of it. Buuut, that'll cost you extra."

The Rockeeter nodded "good, good. i will still place units at the cafe, for saftey" he turns to schwartz "um schwartz,  you will need a place to stay, i have a  few places in the barracks for you to stay, also i want you to come with me into the old city to look your a place for the sashill soldiers  to stay, they are your units after all"

*Schwartz said greatfuly.*

"And yes, the old city would be a good place, but I dont think two hundred foreigners entering the city all at once will go unnoticed."

 

"Thats an easy one."

*King said.*

"I have a concert going on in a couple of days, I remember being quite popular in Sashiil, and it wouldnt be a surprise to see a large turnout of their people."

 

"It doesn't make a lot of sense, but I guess it may work well enough."

*Schwartz said with a shrug.*

The Rocketeer stands up " well if you walk with me, ill show you to the old city, its very easy to get lost in the sewers, ill get some markers to mark the way, while i get those go ahead and choose a room, i have a few seperate rooms that are empty in the barraks" he goes off to get some markers

Damon walked down the streets by himself, not entirely sure what to do.  When he thought of it he noticed he didn't have anything to do besides follow orders and attack things. He sighed and looked around the city, knowing that he didn't really want anything to do that would be considered normal by most standards.

*Schwartz nodded and walked to the barracks. She looked around for a bit, seeing several of the rebels who lived there. A few of them saw her wings and let out "oooh" s and "aaaahh" s. Schwartz smiled and rolled her eyes. She came across a room that was empty and walked in. It was a quaint little room, with a bed, a small television, and a bathroom*

"This will do just fine."

*She said to herself. She set the bag she was carrying down on the floor. She then walked out of the room and back into the meeting area where she had been before and waited for Rocketeer to return.*

The Rocketeer came back with some markers "alright, i see you found a room, so lets head out" he starts walking into the sewers, placeing a marker every now and then "so which room did you choose?" he asked, as they walked down the dark poorly lit sewers, the old city was still a bit away

After Wesley and Illium parted ways, she headed towards a small bar, wanting to see what was going on in there.

As she entered the smell of beer hit her as she coughed slightly, and everyone turned to look at her.

Enjoying their shocked faces she found a booth and sat down quietly, ordering a drink and looking around. Overhead a strange but familiar tune blared, and this time she felt more peaceful.

 

Eos smiled. "Well, fine then...considering it's rather easy to produce I'll cut you a deal. How much are you willing to pay?"

"The one with the big number five on it."

*She said with a smile. There was a sudden buzzing. Schwartz took a phone out from her pocket and held it up to her ear. She listened for a second, then stated speaking.*

"The rebel leader and I are scouting a base of operations for us to use while we are here. I want you to set up camp and wait for further instructions. Tell Yamin, Gratze, and their team to run a check on everyone's weapons. We cannot afford to have anything not work. Make sure to not draw any attention and make sure everyone has their disguises on in case someone comes and investigates the activity."

*She listened for another second then closed the phone.*

"Our force has nearly arrived, they are about three miles outside the city."

*Schwartz informed Rocketeer.*

Hunter thought "hmmm, how does  200 dollars a bottle sound?"

The Rocketeer nooded "alright good" after a while they got to a series of underground catacombs and structures "here we go, the old city, take a look around this place should be able to hold your force, tell me what you think"

*Schwartz walked around the underground city with Rocketeer, looking at all the different spaces, deciding what could happen where. Several times she would speak aloud in her original language (language of Sashiil) deciding things about it. Eventually, she turned to Rocketeer and said,*

"Its perfect. Tonight, the force will camp outside the city, but tomorrow, tomorrow we shall gather them here."

The Rocketeer nodded "alright" as they walked back he asked "just wondering, i noticed that you were speaking in a different language, what were you saying? also, again just wondering, what is your rank in the sashill military?" he was very curious, he never visited sashill only heard of it,

"I was basically saying what kinds of jobs each of my soldiers could do in each of those areas. It takes a lot of work to effectively run an army after all."

*Schwartz said.*

"And as for my rank, I am a lieutenant colonel. It is a difficult field position to get, seeing as how it is the rank when one gets command of their own company, and to lead a company in Sashiil, a leader must have spent a good amount of time getting to know each and every soldier that they are to be put in command of. It builds trust and respect, and prevents any kind of mistrust or doubt amongst the troops. It takes time, but it builds a stronger, more effective military force."

The Rocketeer listened "i see...so um, what is sashill like? ive never been there myself ive only heard about it in news articles and on TV...sorry if i have so many questions,  its just i know so little about sashill and its people, i actually planned to go there once, but then this hole revolution happened"

"Sashiil is a peaceful country. A home to many, and there is a lot that goes on. We may not have the best technology, but we get by with hard work an determination. Most people love the wildlife and there is very little violence. In a perfect world, we wouldn't even have a military, but various situations call for it. There are very few bustling cities, but there are many towns and villages scattered throughout. The people are kind, and life is easy. Summers are warm and calm, springs and autumns bring beautiful sights from the high mountains. Spring brings the greatest fruits to the vine, so perfectly ripe the taste could knock you off your feet."

*Schwartz smiled talking about her home.*

"We have good relationships with other countries, but there is one problem. And that is Eastros."

*Schwartz' smile lowered upon mention of the country they were in.*

"We may not be at war with Eastros at the moment, but our plans make it inevitable. Ever since Eastros' became such a corrupt and tainted government, they would harass us, kidnap our people, and they have disrupted our peace. And we want our peace back. That is why we fight."

The Rocketeer listened at her description of  her country "it defenitly sounds like a nice place" he remarked "well, if my group of resistance fighters  is able to to win this  and get into power, ill make sure that peace between our countries is made, but sadly as it stands now, the rebellion is very disconnected, theres at least 5 different rebel factions in this city alone, and at least one of them is nothing but a bunch of street thugs"

"Then we have a lot of work to do, don't we."

*Schwartz said with a keen smile.*

"First things first, we move my troops into the city. Then, we need to solidify the factions and get them disciplined. We need a set group of leaders who can give efficient orders and should be able to prove themselves as worthy leaders. Toppling a government as powerful as Eastros is one that cannot be done by a divided force."

The Rocketeer nodded "good idea, one my people, the girl who said she said she was dating that half demon guy, her name is Weiss, and she as a unique power that she can detect how morally good some one is, that will come in handy in choosing a leaders for the different groups"

"Sounds effective."

*Schwartz said.*

"Im sure it will come in handy."

*It was late at night when the punk rebel faction's meeting was interrupted by an univited guest.*

 

"Who the hell are you?"

*One of the rebels shouted at the guy, he simply smiled and vegan to laugh. This greatly annoyed the rebel, he pulled out a gun and shot the visitor, unloading his clip on the strange man. Through the entire thing, the visitor just laughed and laughed. Every bullet making him laugh harder. It was grusome.*

 

"You rebels are hilarious."

*The man said, wiping away his laughter tears.*

"You think you are so smart and tough, it just cracks me up."

*He began to walk out of the shadows. His apparel identified him as a government scientist, his hair was long and messy and he had gloves on covered in strange runes. (Not elder runes, alchemical ones.) The man's eyes were not normal, instead of having pupils and irises, it was simply a spiral from the outside all the way to the center. The man placed his hand on a pillar next to him and sparks crackled all over the room. Suddenly, spikes sprouted from the walls and pierced the rebels , killing several of them. He then reacged into his jacket and pulled out a large rusty cleaver. He walked over to a rebel that had fallen over, avoiding the spikes and swung the cleaver down, carving it into the rebel's skull. He slashed it into the rebel's skull a few more times, despite having killed him on the first blow. The other rebels screamed and tried to run, but the man placed his hand on the ground and more sparks went around the room and blocked off all the exits. The man went around and slaughtered the entire rest of the small rebel faction, lauging the entire time. Once all the rebels were dead, he used his alchemy to unseal on of the exits and he walked out. There was a team of guardsmen waiying for him outside. He smiled.*

"Burn it to the ground."

*He said. The guardsmen complied, first spreading gasoline all over the building, and then igniting it. The man laughed and enjoyed the fire as a reward for a job well done. This man was the alchemist. His name was Jonah Sleet, and he showed mercy to no one.*

The Rocketeer smiled under his helmet, once back at the main base The Rocketeer looked around, "well, i probably should get some rest, i honestly dont get enough of that anymore, ill call a meeting to introduce you to the rest of the team tommarow" he took his helmet off and set it on the table

"Alright then. See you tomorrow."

*Schwartz said. She then walked back to room #5. she closed the door behind her and found that there was no lock on it.*

"Well okay then."

*She said. She went over to her bag and opened it up. Inside was a few sets of clothing. She took out some casual clothes and set them on her bed. She unbuckled her sword, and her pistol from her belt and set them on the table next to the bed. Then she changed into the other set of clothes and hung her military uniform up on a hanger and hooked it on the wall.*

"Good day today."

*She said stretching out her wings and yawning.*

"Sasha and King walked into their own rooms to rest for the night. Sasha in #3 and King in #7.*

*Lester's group made themselves at home at Lester's place. All of them relaxing in the rooms they had been given. Lester recieved a text message from Sasha that said that she and King were spending the night at the rebel base.*

*Jonah looked at his schedule as he drank a cup of coffee. He still had much more to do. Having slaughtered a rebel faction, he had finished that night's major task, but he still had work. It didnt matter to him, he didnt sleep anyway.*

"I think it's time we head out," Tartaros told Night Hawk.

Tartaros left after this, wanting to examine the special group himself to come up with a more efficient strategy to defeat them. Normally, he'd examine the skills of a target by watching them fight, or by enveloping them with his symbiote to directly absorb the knowledge. However, considering these were the most feared government operatives in the military, there would be no one brave enough to challenge them. Directly merging himself with them was also out, so he decided to go and mass up a group of unwilling volunteers.

Crawling out of the sewers, he made his way to the rooftops and scouted from above. Finding his subjects was easy, the streets were riddled with guards. Making his way to a building nearer to a group of guards currently in the process of beating some ordinary rebels, he used his tendrils to grab the five of them. Quickly subjuagting them, Tartaros couldn't help but laugh.

"You idiots seem to only enjoy fighting with people you know aren't capable of defending themselves. Typical, but no matter, we have a job for you..."

As they began to object, Tartaros' giratendrils stabbed them in the neck, leaving behind symbiotic substance which slowly slithered inside their wounds, causing their features to become twisted with fangs and swelled lymph nodes. Combined with the black matter dripping from their mouths, they looked like something out of an old scifi film. Tartaros knocked them off from the rooftop, glad to see his slaves were unharmed by such a fall. Sort of, they stil sustained damage, but the symbiote resin within them kept them moving and alive. Tartaros could see everything at once from their point of view, and he waited as they caused havoc among the fellow guardsmen so that the spec ops would show.

"If they're still looking for us, they'll be the first to hear of this incident...."

Night Hawk came out of the sewers and climbed up the building, he watched tartaros grab some gaurds and infect them "damn dude, your hardcore" he commented

 

soon after the spec ops team came into view, they walked in on scene and they viewed the situation, the one in front appeared to give some orders, first they shot at the symbotes once they realized that bullets werent effecting them,  they walked over to them and engaged in hand to hand combat. the first one approached the target and delivered a heavy hit to the stomach  then a knee strike, the second one was attacked by one jumping at him, he countered by grabbing it in mid air and slammed it into the ground. the third one activated electricity and stabbed it with his arm blades trying to electicute it, the forth one punched the symbiote in the face, knocking it around, he then tripped it, he hit a button on his arm and he caught on fire, he then sat on the sysmbiote and started puching its face over and over again, giveing it an unholy beat down, the fifth on charged the sysmbiote and shoulder bashed and tackled it, once it was on the ground he went over to its mouth and grabbed both of its jaws and started pulling them apart
