open Aiicornia: The City of Everfree

Freshien began creating a new, stronger batch of stallones for some customers in alicornia, he had a box all ready for shipping. He mixed the batch and took a sniff. He was knocked out. He fell into the box and was sent to aiicornia on a blimp. When he woke up, he was crammed in a box. He bucked his way out, and burned his retinas in the sun. He stumbled around trying to decide where to go. He was slightly happy, he hated Ponyville and was looking for a change of scenery.

Desertrose blushed and smiled at Mor. "I-I don't know exactly why I'm always so nervous, I guess it's just a part of me. Um, anyway, it's getting kind of dark outside, and it's still raining, do you maybe have an umbrella-" She was interupted by a huge clap of thunder and a bright flash of lightening. Her eyes went wide. "Um, do you think I could spend the night?" She asked blushing. "I-I could sleep on the couch..."

 

Daffodil sighed and stood up. "Well, I don't know exactly what happened. I wa2 flying over to you, when 2omepony accidently made their cloud thunder. I clo2ed my eye2 and covered my ear2, and when I opened my eye2 I saw you get hit by a ray of dark purple magic. You fell, I caught you, and carried you here. Now, I need to go get 2ome medicine for your burn2. Mel, could you go get him 2ome water? The kitchen i2 ju2t through that door over there." Daffodil rushed up the stairs to her room and went into her bathroom. She opened the cabinets in her bathroom and dug through them until she found her first aid kit. She trotted over to her bed and opened the first aid kit. She dug through the kit pulling out some burn cream and some bandages.

"Yes, of course you can spend the night, you'll sleep in my bed, i'll take the couch." he said smiling. Mortimer then took her to his room, grabbed some blankets and sheets and magically, her bed was ready.

"There are some candles in the cupboard over there, if you want anything just call me, or Shadow, he will be here besides you, goodbye sweetie pie" he said ad he kissed her goodbye.

He then walked downstairs and quickly fell asleep after a long day.

Melbourne nodded and walked into the kitchen, his mind still focused on other things. He walked to the sink and filled a cup with water and trotted back into the living room with the glass.

"Here you go Ashwing, now how about you get some rest. Don't want to go into an anaphylactic shock from foreign magical substance in the blood now do we? Not that something like that is likely."

Melbourne trotted up stairs.

"Daffodil, what in Equestria happened? And more importantly, have you informed Mortimer? It is his duty to look into these matters."

Freshien bumped through town, stumbling like a drunk and still hazy from his vile concoction. He litteraly bumped into over 10 ponies who didn't even give him a look. He was soaking wet when he came somewhere he thought was hospitable. He knocked on the door to see a brown Unicornwith a black mane with streaks of white and his tail is long and often drags behind him and finally, a torn left ear. "I had an awkward series of events happen to me and you put off an aura of generosity. May I stay the night?

Melbourne heard a ruckus outside Daffodils house.

"Actually, hold that thought, appears we may have a guest."

Melbourne swiftly moved downstairs at an unnatural pace.

"Hmm doesn't appear to be anyone, except for Ashwing."

Melbourne heard the door open and turned his gaze to the pony that now occupied the door way. "I had an awkward series of events happen to me and you put off an aura of generosity. May I stay the night?" Melbourne heard him ask.

 

"Oh well unconformity that is not for me to say, but please, take a seat I'm sure Daff will not mind. But 'twould appear that something is a wee bit more pressing. 'Twould appear that you seem quite sick or intoxicated."

Melbourne gestured towards a chair.

"Oh but where are my manners, my name is Atticus M. Melbourne, at your service."

We'll Atticus I should truly explain myself. I was creating a new batch of stallones and phillyphumes and when I finally mixed it up, I sniffed it without actually adding any scent to it. I smelled straight ammonia and alcohol and it knocked me out. I hit the floor, inside of a crate packaged to aiicornia. I was shipped here and I'm still quite in shock. Do you follow me? Oh and by the way, my name is F-r-e-s-h-I-e-n but that's pronounced fresh-in. I am a fine purveyor of scents and aromas, at your service. (he bowed as shown in picture)

She didn't know who he was, but she decided since the weather was so awful, he probably had gotten lost and needed shelter. She stepped next to Mel and looked the stallion over. He apeared to be in slight shock. "Um, 2ir? Why don't you come on in2ide? It'2 pretty awful out there. Come on in and I'll get you a towel." Daffodil pulled the stallion inside. She helped him to the other couch across from Ashwing, since he apeared to be intoxicated. "Hey Mel? 2orry to bother you again, but could you go up2tair2 to my bathroom and grab a towel really quick for thi2 guy? I have to dre22 A2h'2 burn2." She trotted over to Ashwing and started putting burn cream and bandages on his burns.

 

Desertrose blushed and climbed into bed. She pulled the sheets above her head, and fell into a deep and satisfying sleep. (OOC: Freshien. NO. Just. NO. Dx new rule, this is a no cupcake zone)

"You didn't do well your job today, you let your anger take over your emotions, you silly colt..." his mean side said in his dreams.

"What are you saying? Nothing bad happened today"

"Awwwwww, you really think so? Look at this!" his mean side showed him what happened to Ashwing.

"And how in the world did that happened?"

"You don't remember too? What a shitty memory you have there buddy, more shitty than your attitude today, you let that silly mare take over you and your job. If i were you, i'll bury her in the backyard, she won't bother us anymore. What do you say? I'll get the shovel!"

Mortimer awoke screaming, that was a really bad dream he had.

Shadow startled because of the scream and started to fly across the room, only to calm down when silented again.

Mortimer then fell asleep again.

"You stupid! You have guests, you must respect them! Oh wait, it's that silly mare, yeah go along scream as much as you want, what do you want to remember?"

"The kiss we shared today, that's what i want to remember! She's the most kind, gorgeous and cute mare i've ever meet, and you won't ruin that".

"Fine, i'll shut up!"

Freshien heard all this as he couldn't get to sleep. It had stopped raining so he decided to see what was going on outside. He forgot however, that it was the middle of the night. He had night blindness and ended up running into a house. He was sure he had broken his nose. He found his way back to his temporary home base and stopped his nosebleed and fell asleep.

Melbourne had stood completely still as he watched this new stallion run outside then quickly come back with a bloodied nose.

"Well you're a lively one. Just sit down here and let me help you get to sleep. Oh and please, call me Melbourne."

"NO ONE calls me Atticus." Thought Melbourne as he walked upstairs. Once inside Daff's bathroom he let out a sigh. "No one around...good." Melbourne's eyes suddenly changed to a deep midnight black and just as suddenly changed back. "Ah good, now where was I?" Melbourne saw the towel, quickly grabbed it and trotted down stairs.

"Here you are sir, now dry yourself off, and here."
 

Melbourne's horn started glowing black and there was a quick sharp snap as Melbourne used his magic to snap Freshien's nose back into place.

FUuUuUuUuUuuUuuuU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Freshien screamed. "Mr. Atticus, thank you very much but ahhhhh god sh*t it hurts." Freshien fell asleep. He had a dream about floating away on a cloud with a strange stallion. When he woke up, he was out of his haze and could see clearly. His nose wasnt sore at all and he felt great. He went outside and burned his retinas. The sun was blaring down like a million candles. He walked upstairs to find Atticus. "Hello sir," said Freshien, "thank you for your kindness, and my nose. I will get out of your hair now, I must look for a home. Thank you again."

Rocket Blast woke up after the incident, he saw the mess in his house and looked around scared. Jet was nowhere to be found
"thank celestia" he sighed. he immediately wrote a letter to Mor.

This is very urgent. I would like you to send a letter to Dr. Cereblia. here is what the letter says
Dear Dr. Cerebilia
Hes returned, I don't know how but he has returned. I just need some advice.

 

I usually wouldn't let others into my personal life but there is no post office and your the only alicorn and friend I have here. thank you and I am forever in your debt.

 

Rocket put the letter in an envelope, put it at mor's door, and ran back home to clean the mess.

Mortimer woke up to the sound of his door being knocked.

He quickly got up and read the letter. It was his friend, Rocket.

"Anything for a friend" he thought. With a quick spell he sent the card to the place it was destined.

He then wrote another letter to Rocket.

 

Dear Rocker,

Your card is safe and it has been delivered properly, do not worry.

Your friend,

Mortimer.

 

Mortimer then returned to his slumber, however the couch was really stiff for some reason, so he went upstairs and laid on the very edge if his bed, trying not to wake up Desertrose.

Rocket found great comfort that not only the letter was sent. but his friend asked no questions. he smiled and went back to sleep. he dreamed of him and another Pegasus flying through the sky. he was happy in this dream. when he wke up to no one in the home, he figured out why he had the dream.

He was lonely.

Clipity-clopity Freshien zapped through town towards town hall on a mission to find a home. He still had a lot of emergency money in his pockets and, unfortunately, was a good spender. He arrived at town hall; a big brown circular building with a lot of benches and trees outside. He found a few ponies picnicking around those trees. He entered inside to see light streaming through thin windows at the top of the building. There were none at eye level. Freshien thought this beautifully designed and woven. The desks were like flowing branches interwoven so tightly, no light passed through. "How may I help you?" asked the pony at the counter. "Well," Freshien replied, "I need to purchase a home!" The mare pulled out a book.

She flipped through the pages angrily. "I'm sorry sir, there seem to be none left." Freshien gasped. "I'm going to have to have... A ROOMATE?!?! I've never done that before. Will I get raped, drawn on with permanent markers, KILLED?!?!?!?!? Freshien walked outside and tripped over a stump. Ęvęń įń thę dåÿ įm błįńd thought Freshien. He walked through town, he

 

dared not go back to Atticus's house after the first impression he made. He found a building down the road with a mailbox labeled "Blast" Freshien found this a queer (OOC not homosexual or insulting) name. He trotted up to the door and clopped on it. (OOC that sounds sexual) "Helloooooooooo?!"

Daffodil finished dressing Ashwing's wounds and sat down next to him. She was pretty tired, and her eyes started to feel heavy. She decided a little cat nap wouldn't hurt. She opened her eyes to sunlight steaming in the room. She blinked and snuggled into Ashwing. She quickly sat up when she realized what she was cuddling. Ashwing grinned at her. Daffodil facehoofed. "Ugh 2hut up! I didn't mean to!" She pushed him gently. "2o... Are you hungry?"

 

Desertrose yawned and opened her eyes. She looked around the room and noticed Mor sleeping at the end of the bed. She giggled. He looks so cute when he's sleeping! She thought to herself. She quietly got out of bed, shaking the bed as little as possible. She trotted over to the window and closed the curtains so the light didn't wake him. She headed downstairs to make breakfast.

 

(OOC: Hey Freshien? I was just wondering if you could refrain from using the word 'rape'. I am not upset or anything, its just I don't think that word should be used so lightly. Also, I already gave Freshien a house.... If you don't want it I can get rid of it though. xP

Mortimer woke up to the sound of Shadow, he was hungry, so was Mortmer.
He then realized Desertrose had woken up way earlier than he had, she even closed the curtains to avoid light from entering.
What a cutie mare!
Mortimer yawned and stretched, then walked down the stair, he was delighted from the precious stench that emanated from the kitchen.
He saw Desertrose was on the kitchen, he approached her from behind and hugged her whispering in a charming way "Hey sweetie pie, what are you doing?".

 

(OOC: by the way, what a cutie map @soullessduck! I couldn't draw that myself and i'm not joking, i'm pathetic when it comes to drawing.

He heard some voices coming from the living room. He poked his head through the door way to see Daff awake

Daffodil grinned at Mel. "Ok, follow me, I'll 2how you where I get my egg2." Daffodil trotted up the stairs and into the aviary. "Hey 2ayble, you have any egg2 for me yet?" Sayble nodded and lifted up her wing to reveal a half dozen fresh eggs. Daffodil trotted over and picked up a basket, then sooped the eggs into the basket. She trotted back over to Mel and handed him the eggs. "2o, what did you need egg2 for?"

 

Desertrose squeaked and blushed. "Oh, good morning Mor! I'm making some pancakes for breakfast. You hungry?" She turned around and kissed him on the cheek, then turned back around and continued mixing the batter.

 

(OOC: Thanks for clarifying Mor! That is exactly what I meant. :3 Also thanks, It's really hard to draw with the touch pad thing on my laptop ;-; And I'm sure you could manage making a map of equal or greater quality, probaby greater though xD I really am struggling with digital drawing)
