Hey guys.  I finished watching season 1 and loved it!  I also got into brony dubstep, Silva Hound is my favorite.  I can't wait to start watching season 2.

 

I love Rarity, Twilight, and Fluttershy.

Thanks HistoricallyIn.  I can't wait until I I make it to season 3 too because from what I hear, the finale of seaon 2 is AMAZING!  I don't want to cheat and go straight to the finale because I want to see how they introduce the new characters and stuff.

 

Another thing about me: I'd like the contribute to the fandom, but I'm horrible at art.  I'm good at programming so I might make some kind of game.  If I do, it will be of high quality just like all other media in this community.

I really hope you get to that soon, the season 2 finally is indeed amazing and has a really great character in it - but I don't want to spoil you anything so I won't tell you more.

So since when are you a brony? Sounds like you just started watching the show.

I started watching the show new years day of this year because a friend told me that it was good.  He said that he doesn't consider himself a brony, but rather a "fan of the show".  I'm not sure if I'm a brony yet or just a fan, or all fans of the show are bronies.

 

I watched the episodes equentially and just finished the season 1 finale yesterday.  I'm a fan of brony music too, but still discovering new artists on soundcloud and youtube.

 

I hear most bronies wait a few months before joining a community, but I hear bronies are very nice people so the sooner the better.

Welcome to the herd (and as far as I'm considered, all fans outside of the target demographic are bronies)! If you loved Season 1, Season 2 is gonna blow your socks off. All of my top 3 favorite episodes are from the latter two seasons. Don't skip to the finale, because there's some real juicy treats waiting for you before then. 

 

And don't worry if you aren't that good at art. My (admittedly few) attempts at drawing ponies have been oddly proportioned messes that I can't muster the patience to fix and I got completely lost when I tried to make music, but it seems that I found my cutie mark, so to speak, in PMVs. Making fan games is totally cool, and in fact, some of the most famous projects in the fandom have been video games. You'll definitely find a place somewhere! 

 

It's always awesome to see new bronies here. Have fun, although I'd recommend being careful about looking at the show discussion threads until you finish Season 2 if you don't want a bucketful of spoilers.
