New OC (sort of)

I've been considering making a new tulpa, this time an MLP one, so I had to design a new character. Here she is.

 

 

 

 

That thing on her head is a beret if you can't tell, and I still haven't come up with a CTM. I would appreciate it if, in addition to any criticisms of my art, you would also critique the character design (colors, hair, etc.)

Well done! The lighting and shading is rather well, as is the overall design.

The only thing that seems off to me is the front legs. They seem a tad too rigid, but, other than that, its great!

Thanks! I really need to work on drawing front legs. This one' s legs are too rigid, and some said my last drawing's legs weren't straight enough
