Maybe it's bc I need to follow a thread to get notifications on it?? Also, I'm curious on how I can get a banner?? Unless you follow the thread, you won't be notified when someone posts on it. Only when someone quotes a post you made or brohoofs a post you made. As for the banner, you mean a signature? Once you've made 5 posts, you have access to signature options in your settings. There's a free signatures thread where you could request one, but it may take a bit. I believe you also get notified if you subscribe to your thread. By banner i assume you mean our forum signatures, you need to either make one or have somepony make you one here: http://mlpforums.com/topic/22965-free-signatures-for-everypony/ You will be able to post the url of the image (you'll need to have it hosted somewhere) into your signature settings area.
