Pinkie Pie. Need I say more? Also, you forgot about her pinkie senses. So yea. Also, if you aren't including the sticky hoof theory (Which,I know, is cannon) Pinkie would be the only one who could hold things. And she'll wear this moustache.

Pinkie, Dash or Twilight, i doubt Pinkie'd have the heart to do it, but she pretty much has a huge advantage over the others just because of her Pinkie sense, and all of her other good stuff x)

Sure, Flutters would feel miserable about it for a while, killing someone with cuteness. But that would just make you feel bad for her, too.

I'd agree, but he said no mercy. And no outside help, so sadly I have to rule out Fluttershy. I threw statistics around in my head for quite a bit about this. Besides, Rainbow beat Starscream lol

I gotta say it would be between Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle, and of those two, it would probably be Pinkie. Rainbow and AJ would go after each other first, tiring themselves out,  Fluttershy hides in the corner whimpering and the moment something dirty or bloody touches Rarity, she'll pass out on her couch. Then Pinkie, through the power of the fourth wall, will break Twilight's mind as she tries to figure out how Pinkie is breaking all laws of physics while being pummeled by whatever Pinkie pulls out of hammer-space.
