Hey y'all.   New here, figured I'd head on in and say hey.  I had no idea this place existed, but I'm pretty excited now that I know it does!

Also, I don't have a southern accent, but I use a lot of what most would call  "southern " slang.  So, howdy!

Thanks for the welcome.  Yeah, the community seems really cool here.  I haven't been a member of a real quality forum in a while, so I'm hoping this turns out well.

My avatar is a pony interpretation of my screen name Double Chris.  A guy on DeviantART did quick sketches of a bunch of usernames from Reddit as ponies, and I asked if he would do a full version of mine, and voila!  I've been using it as an avatar ever since.  If I would get off my butt and start drawing more often, I'd draw my own version of him.
