Welovefine, I messed up

I ordered a doctor whooves shirt from welovefine the day before yesterday. Then, oh wow. I went to find the picture and it's woman's size. I sent a message to customer support is that all I should/can do or is there something else, do you know what will happen? Also have you ever had a mistake happen when ordering something?

Pretty much what the above poster said. I went and fetched the link to WeLoveFine's FAQ which contains its return policy:

From very, very little skimming, I believe it boils down to that you can return items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and exchange within 30 for a different item or credit.

Since they make them individually, you may be able to catch it before they actually finish it and send it out.  Harass them! laugh.png

Thanks guys! I'm hoping to get this resolved before I have to use the return policy because if I do I'm pretty sure we'l;l have to pay shipping and the tshirt was expensive as it is, so if that happens I may have to wait till my birthday for the shirt :/



Just received an email as a reply to my email regarding the issue, here is what they said: Hi there,

Since your shirt hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll be able to revise your order to reflect a men’s Dr Whooves shirt in size medium.   Please note that the changes will not be reflected online as it has been issued manually, also note that the revision of your order will delay your order a few extra days.  Let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.

That was the email and I couldn't be happier! :D It all worked out.

Good for you! I'm hoping to order a shirt from there soon! I'm glad to know that they have good customer support. Also, just out of curiosity, which shirt did you get? I know it's a Doctor Whooves one but I'm kind of curious and want to see it.

This one :) http://www.welovefine.com/1610-dr-hooves.html except for men. I got the navy blue one. I've wanted this one forever :D
