Question about Anime Studio Debut 8 + Ideas for Animation

Hello, Everybody.

I was wondering is Anime Studio Debut 8 a good program to animate in?

I was thinking of making a animated series  and was thinking about making it Anime Studio 8, beacuse its cheap.

I want to know what features it has, and what are its limitations.

I haven't bought it yet, so yay
