Animator Needed for Project

I need an animator for a project I'm writing, Its kind of a parody of Black Lagoon and borrows a bit from the show. The animator must be able to create semi realistic humans in various poses and situations such as tied to a chair. They must be able to create vehicles mainly a rusty beater and a military boat, able to draw various guns. They must be okay with violence, crude situations and some mild sexuality. The color palate will be kind of dark. okay with lip syncing. and work for free.

Any kind of animation will do. (not claymation or stop motion)
