visual art Samus (Metroid) drawing. Work in progress

I started to work on a drawing of Samus from the popular Metroid series. The drawing is nowhere near complete, and certain things in the drawing currently are liable to be changed. (Especially those fingers! Gah!)

 

So... how am I doing so far?

Not bad!  Not bad at all.   My only suggestion is that I think her head is a little small compared to her body.  I actually like the fingers, and overall the armor is looking pretty accurate.  Good action pose, too.

It's not bad at all! I like it quite a bit, actually. Of course I can't fully judge it yet since it is not finished. Just a question though, is it going to be in color when it is finished?

No, I abandoned coloring my pictures long ago. Im terrible at it. It will be fully shaded when Im done however. :3 and thank you.

If you want, I could take a shot at digitally coloring it.  I'm reasonable at it, though unfortunately I don't have any samples I can post here.

I truly thank you for that generous offer, however I would rather complete the drawing on my own and in my own vision. I usually prefer the black and white to color anyway. But again, thanks.
