planning Manehattan Romance/Slice of Life RP

Exactly what the title entails. A slice of life/romance that takes place in Manehattan. I'm thinking less cannon period, and more of a modernized version. Sort of what Equestria would be like in it's late 1980's early 1990's. So, think The Critic, or American Psycho... but with ponies, magic, and with out cars or phones. I'm a bit tired at the moment, so I'll post my intended rules later. I look forward to any suggestions!
