"That is a good question, how did he just make himself an Alicorn?" Missy wondered how it could be possible, she knew Celestia had the power to do this, but no mere unicorn could perform that kind of spell. "We probably shouldn't dwell on the matter though."

Diego got unsteadily to his hooves. "My talent is for chaos magic," he said. "I can make the impossible happen, does that answer everypony's questions? Anyway, I just figured I'd try the spell out cuz everypony down there shuns me for my magic cuz it reminds them of Discord. I didn't expect this part of it, just where in Equestria am I now?"

"You aren't in Equestria anymore." Missy replied, as she said this, she could see Derpy going along her main route delivering mail, she was about to open a mail box, when Missy made muffins start flying out of it. This caused Missy to giggle. "I make myself laugh."

Fire Slayer looked at him funny. "Chaos magic? You know chaos magic?" He patted the seat next to him. "how 'bout you come and sit over here? We got infinate food and other stuff like that so don't worry. This is where all tge Alicorns live. We mess with all of equestria. All of it." he said flinging pegasi out of the sky.

Diego was happy enough to sit down next to Fire Slayer. "My name's Diego, by the way," he said, helping himself to some punch. "And we can mess with all of Equestria? Sounds a bit cliche, but I want to find my father and mess with him. Get my own back on him for abandoning me and driving my mother to drink."

[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,824]

Thunder Dash soon returned to the table and found an empty seat next to Cadence. He took it. He then noticed a new pony a couple seats from him and said hello. He then saw a pink pony walking in Ponyville. He made it out to be Pinkie Pie. He then forced his magic to go through the table and straight to Pinkie Pie. He tickled her, which caused her to burst into a huge laughing fit. After five seconds, he stopped the flow and made another apple tree grow at Sweet Apple Acres.

Celestia grumbled.

"Haven't we got enough alicorns already?" she mocked in a squeeky voice.

Her upsetness towards the new alicorn sun burnt the pony lounging in her lawn. Cadence watched Shining Armor fill in for her in the Crystal Empire. Crystal ponies lined up with problems for him.

"Wanna see something funny?" Allissa screeched. She grabbed a nearby goblet and set it upside-down over a crystal pony. The pony freaked out.

"That's funny?" Cadence asked. "Terrorizing my citizens??? Watch this!" She waved her hoof and Allissa's boyfriend, Thresh, was attacked by changelings.

"NOT. COOL," Allissa hissed. She grew Shining Armor the world's most hideous mustache. She also sent the changelings away.

"Ya'll are cruel," Luna mumbled. She fixed the one hair in Rarity's mane that kept poking out and petted Opalescent. She threw a frisbee for Winona and fed Gummy a cupcake.

Just then, a dragon-smoke letter arrived. It was for Celestia. It told her of the random, recent disasters that had been happening everywhere.

Fire Slayer Grew annoyed at the two constantly arguing. "Can you two stop arguing over the table? There are more important ponies here you know!" He exclaimed, fixing Shining's mustache and removing the gauntlet off the table. He looked down at the cities beneath him and noticed, not one of them was on fire! He shook his head in disappointment and set fire to a very large forest.

Missy put out the fire that Fire Slayer had caused, they were Alicorns, not murderers. It annoyed her deeply that even Princess Celestia, bringer of harmony could be so cruel. She noticed Fluttershy with a couple of her chickens, she extended the legs on a couple of them and they ran off, Fluttershy just stood there, confused. Oh, right, it is fun to mess with them.

Fire Slayer grew disappointed  at everypony ruining his fun, so he decided to mess with a few griffins. He noticed one of them that he remembered a few years back. Gilda! That annoying creature that made (best pony) cry! so Fire slayer set fire to her wings, and then fixed fluttershy's chickens.

Allissa scared the heck out of Dr. Whooves. She made a sock on his dresser come to life and push a lamp onto his head. He wielded a shard of the smashed light fixture to pound the sock to shreds. He looked absolutely terrified. Allissa suddenly stopped. Why had she done that? And why was she arguing with Cadence? They were good friends!

"What...just happened?" she asked in bewilderment.

"The excess of power befuddled your brain. It does that to most ponies. That's why Celestia's grumpy, Cadence is freaking out, and most of the other ponies here are acting a tad cruel. Remember: no evils. They get thrown out by that force that makes cutie marks appear, allows ponies to use it, and drives some ponies insane: magic. We don't get to control who's thrown out," Luna grumbled. "Hey, Missy? Could you help me with this dream? It needs a little sweetness to it...."

Sweetness? What could she mean by that? She walked over to where Luna was anyway, she could really tell that Celestia was angry, she could literally feel it radiating off of her.

"Yes, what do you need Luna? I'm always happy to help anypony." This got a few rolled eyes from the "happy" alicorn audience.

[Pripyat Pony 2,608]

Diego shrugged. "It's happening all over Equestria, didn't you know?" he said. "All the ponies blamed me for the random outbreaks of chaotic evil magic, but my magic isn't evil, just mischievous. This magic comes from another source entirely. Think we should find out where?"

"I'm not cruel and I'm not crazy. it's the ponies.They're all mean. If you ain't a princess but your'e an Alicorn they hate you. hate you! And then up here I can mess with their lives. Put myself above them! And there's only one pony that doesn't apply to." He said, looking down at ponyville with interest.

[Preeminent Pisces 100]

"I just need a little girly touch to this. I wanted to make a candy land for this sweet filly. She's always wanted a dream like this and it's her birthday. She's always looked forward to sleeping because she'd have dreams. She's never given up hope that she'll have this dream, so I wanted to give her a special gift. Think you are up to the task?" Luna said to Missy.

Celestia made a wierd noise. She looked shocked.

"You were power-tipsy again. And angry," Luna explained.

Celestia looked so embarrassed.

"I apologize for my rash actions prior to this moment. I have some trouble with these matters occasionaly," Celestia said.

Twilight lookef relieved. Cadence, too, had snapped out of her power-frenzy.

Missy was happy to help the Princess, it was for a good cause and it sounded lovely. Princess Luna enterd the filly's dream world, it was a blank canvas.

"You really think i'll be able to do this?" Missy asked Luna, Luna simply nodded back, Missy began work on the candy land, after about 15 minutes, they were done.

"I'm not the type of pony that would enjoy this kind of thing but my goodness this looks delicious." Missy exclaimed.

"Thank you, Missy. I have problems developing cute dreams like this. I'm not exactly into that sort of thing," Luna thanked.

Celestia healed the sunburns she had caused. Cadence fixed a couple of crystal ponies that had broken themselves.

 

That's when they saw it. It was a golden streak across the table, then nothing more.

[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,824]

Thunder Dash then eyed Fluttershy's little cottage. He then noticed a large ammount of animals in the backyard. He then used his magic and built two new pens for her animals. Fluttershy was a bit scared at what happened, but soon uncoiled and led some of her bunnies to the newly built pens.

The golden flash happened again.

"What in Equestria is that???" Allissa asked. She caught it through the table and held it in place.

It was an orange pegasus with enormous wings. The wings were designed a lot like Celestia's, but also looked like a mixture of a lot of others. The pegasus wore dark shades under her messy mane.

"Hey!" she shouted ax if she knew who was pinning her down. "Let go! It's already not fair enough!"

Allissa dropped the pegasus in shock. She then noticed that the pegasus had been talking to her young unicorn friend who had magically made himself a pair of winfa.

Fire Slayer paid no attention to whatever the other ponies were doing. He instead focused on causing mischeaf, but helping specific ponies at the same time. He notices one of his friends had got into some trouble, so he simply swatted it away from him, metaphorically.

"Anypony need a break?" Celestia asked. "How about a nice, alfalfa swirl shake?"

Luna declined, but Twilight and Allissa accepted. Cadence was too busy concentrating on piecing together a smashed crystal pony. It looked like a ridiculously hard 3D jigsaw puzzle, but Cadence was ¾ of the way finished.

[Pripyat Pony 2,608]

"Sure," Diego said. "I need to cut back on the cider in any case. Been drinking it for so long, I can hardly taste it any more. Still, what you've got here is still better than most of the stuff down in Equestria."

 

He picked up a cupcake from the spread on the table. Diego could see that the ponies from the area around where he'd done his spell were in the field wondering what had happened to the outcast. Some were obviously hoping that Diego was gone for good.

 

"I've got to get down there and show them otherwise," he said.

Missy turned to Diego, "I don't think it's a good idea to do that, the citizens might find out about this place, it would cause panic all over Equestria, it's better to mess with them from a distance. Not to ruin your "fun", but we have responsibilities as alicorns."

[Pripyat Pony 2,608]

Diego rolled his eyes. "How would they find out about here if I teleported down there?" he asked. "Also, who says we always have to stay up here? Everypony else goes down to Equestria; Celestia, Cadance, Luna, Twilight... I don't see why I can't, as long as I do it properly. I'd just teleport into my own home, which nopony goes near, and go on from there."

[Preeminent Pisces 100]

"Just be... cautious in your word usage. Don't strike fear into the ponies hearts or reveal what we can do. The Mystery Magic may not appreciate it, and may remove you. And yes, anypony can leave and return whenever he or she likes," Celestia intoned.

Cadence finished the crystal pony she had been piecing together and got up.

"I think that I can help Shining Armor better from down there. I'll be back!" Cadence said as she exited.
