The pony smiles are just normal smileys. Wink, normal smile, and so on. 2. Just press the quote button, and write a reply under the comment in the text box. 3. I think you have to make a new topic, actually. (If you mean change your profile picture, you just have to go to your profile, and you'll find it there.
