1. The pony smiles are just normal smileys. Wink, normal smile, and so on.

2. Just press the quote button, and write a reply under the comment in the text box.

3. I think you have to make a new topic, actually. (If you mean change your profile picture, you just have to go to your profile, and you'll find it there. (Max 100kb though)

They should be at the bottom right under a comment. If not, ask a admin or mod.

And you can use the smiley button right next to the "My Media" thing in the text box (in the toolbar thing.)

i figured it out. im using an iphone so stuff is limited. i cant post pics/vids or put smilies or use quotes on it.
