sole smiled happily as he stopped jumping and looked at equinox "why wouldn't I be full of energy?" He said happily "I haven't done anything life-threatening in hours!" He landed on the ground with a flip "that's way too long dude, I need to get my blood pumping!"

"You wouldn't be this energetic then..." Equinox said as he rubbed his eyes. "Im going to see if Quick is up yet" Equinox said as he went to Quick's room and knocked one the door. "Quick you up yet" Equinox said as he noticed his mane looked all messy but didnt bother to brush it.

Quick groaned again and got up. "Yes I'm here. I just fell off the bed. Probably my own stupidity. But hey." She picked herself up and walked over to the door, opening it up. "So when did you wake up. Because it sounds, and looks, pretty recent." She pointed at his hair and then looked at her own. It was messy aswell. "Well that's coming from me."

"I guess but I have little experience so it might not completely heal her" Equinox said as his horn glowed and started to heal Antel. "This might take a bit so you might have to wait...and dont rush me or I could screw up" Equinox said as he continued healing
