Sparkshower took a deep breath "It's a little complicated, I'm from a lot of places. My parents died when I was young and I was in foalster care until I got old enough to live on my own. I currently live in Canterlot, because of night guard duty." she grabbed her tray as they moved down the line.

Aurora blinked and nodded as he too gabbed his tray and moved down the line,getting the pizza "yeah...I was...kept at home with my mother in Ponyville..."he says,being very vauge on his past,this topic interested him on knowing where ponies were born...hopefully,she wouldnt ask him too many questions about HIS past...

[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,824]

Thunder Dash arrived at the RGAF facility. He was so excited that he would be joining the Air Force. After all, he was a former major in the army not to long ago and fought in the first Equestrian War. 

 

It was lunch time, so he decided to head to the cafeteria. There, he saw many pegasai. He got in line and ordered some pizza. He then noticed a pegasus and a unicorn in a group. "What's up, names Thunder Dash." Thunder Dash said with a smile.

Aurora blinked at the yellow and black pegasus "...Nothing..."he says,looking like he is thinking,or remembering something,then he just stares at Thunder Dash for a long moment. Why did he feel he knew this pony?...he looked like...like...Rainbow Dash...wait...Thunder DASH?...hmmmm..."Are you related to Rainbow Dash?"he asks,he eyes narrowed slightly.

"You can say that. I'm actually her older brother." Thunder Dash said. "Hard to believe right?" He asked reaching for a slice of pizza to put on his plate. "I'll tell you more about it when we find a place to sit. Oh, and just to let you know, I'm a former Major in the Equestrian Army." Thunder Dash added.

Aurora stopped him from getting that slice,putting down his tray and he walks closer to him,now eye to eye with him,he looks like he was about to tear somepony a new one,then he narrows his eyes hard,his wings spreading out,then all of a sudden,the whole cafeteria was silent,all ponies staring at the three ponies "..."he took in a deep breathe "A major?..."he asked,his voice not really hostile,he then put his hooves on Thunder Dash's shoulders and he flattens his wings to his sides "he smiles wide "Thank you."he says and bumps heads with him "I used to know Dashie,she as cute,funny too."he smiles and picks his tray back up,it became apparent his "Hostility" was just a joke.

"Okay..." Thunder Dash said. "And one more thing." Thunder Dash said. He then gathered some electricity. Sparks flared around his body. He then used the electricity in the form of magic to put the slice of pizza on his plate. "Yeah, I've had that since I was a colt. I'll tell you about it once we go sit down. This is one reason why I joined the RGAF.

Aurora blinked and he walked with his new friends,finding a spot at a deserted table and he blinked at Thunder "you know...I have a few powers as well...if you havent noticed,my eyes are multi-colored,yellow is for accuracy and reaction time,green is for toughness,red is for killer instinct and speed,blue is for healing,and orange is...well...I havent figured that one out yet...but I suppose it could be stealth or magic ability."he says,sitting down and looking at his vegi-pizza,like all the other ponies ate,he sighed softly and sniffed once before he coughed into his napkin and closed his eye 'oh Sweet Celestia...please don't tell me I'm getting ill.' he thinks to himself.

"For me, as you saw back there, I can wield electricity in my body. You see, as you know, Rainbow Dash is one of the most talented flyers in all of Equestria. Well, one day, as she was doing her usual free-flying, a storm brewed up. It wasn't the Great Eastern Storm, but it had almost the same strength of it. Anyway, Rainbow got caught in it and was lost. The Wonderbolts tried to find her, but they couldn't. So, I decided to go. Well, when I entered the storm, it was the most beautiful thing I ever saw. Lightning flashing everywhere, rain pouring, thunder crashing oh! What a sight. As I zooming through the storm, BOOM! I was struck by lightning! Think I was down right? Wrong! Somehow, the lightning was absorbed in my body. At that moment, I felt like I was the most powerful pegasus in all of Equestria. I then continued to look for Rainbow with sparks flaring all around my body. I soon found her and brought her back to Cloudsdale. That's when I got my cutie mark." Thunder Dash explained as he took his first bite into the pizza.

Aurora lights smiled  at his story "cool."he smiles and he looks forward "one night I was flying,it was beautiful night...the stars were out,bright and shining,Luna doing a pretty good job of making it light enough for me to see the clouds so I would hit any...then I thought 'why don't I push my limits?' and then, flew as high as I possibly could,I saw everything...all the towns,all the villages...it was beautiful,I was in the layer of the atmosphere where you could see...well...everything,you know,the entire world,then...heh...I descided to fly down...never been so excited in my life...I was heading strait for the ground,I must have broken some type of record,for I had made a sonic boom,then...everything started flashing in and out,like the movies,you know,and then I was going as fast as the speed of light...then...the lights out of the sky appeared...it was all over the news,the "Flowing Lights" as they were refered to,then when I slowed down...I had my cutie mark."he smiled.

"Oh now that's cool!" Thunder Dash said. "One of my favorite things to do as a colt was the break the sound barrier at night so I could make art in the sky. Rainbow and I did it all the time when we were young. Oh the days of foalhood." Thunder Dash said with a happy sigh.

Aurora blinked and he sighed softly "yeah...I always felt...free...speed made me feel free...like I was invincible..."he sighed softly as he looks at his pizza,taking a bite of it. He sighs and shakes his head softly,"you know...over the years...I've noticed something about Dashie..."he says almost to himself "...she seemed...happier...when we flew together...she mentioned you once..."he says and blinks with a soft sigh.

"Yeah, on weekends, we used to take super long flights around Equestria. Pft, we even landed ourselves as far as Saddle Arabia." Thunder Dash said with a chuckle  "We didn't know where the hay we were. We were just having a good old time, laughing and flying together." Thunder Dash added.

Aurora blinked and had a flashback of being lost,hurt. His mother had beaten minutes before,abandoned him in the Everfree Forest...luckily,a Zebra named Zacora had saved him and helped him heal up,thats how the blue in his eyes were created. He snapped back into reality,now just staring at his pizza with the one bite taken out of it and his appetite has now flown right out the window as he sighs and takes a sip of his juice "...Don't be a menace..."he whispers to himself,a fraase he had heard from one of his friends and he shakes his head,trying to make his memories go away,he HATED remembering about his house,he blinks "thats nice..."he murmurs,looking to the ceiling.

Aurora blinks and looks at him "yeah...I uh...had kind of a rough Foalhood..." he murmurs quietly before he looks out the window,he had to eat,though he didnt want to,to get his strength up for training,he looks at Thunder "so...a major huh?"he asks with a bit of intrest in the topic.

"Yeah, fought in the first Equestrian War. It was when the Griffons tried to expand their kingdom without Celestia's approval. She got extremely pissed and sent me and some of my troops to stop the expansion. Things got pretty ugly and I lost 10 of my men. Fortunately, we did them out and now they haven't attacked us since then. Crazy stuff huh?" Thunder Dash asked.

Aurora blinked and nodded "I remember that...dumb griffons...think they own everything..."he says in a seething tone,"hey,you wanna know the reason I joined?"he asks,looking at Thunder with wide eyes,his story had rattled his cage-in a good way-so now he wanted to tell him one of HIS stories.

"Yeah, everypony here wants to know everypony else's backstory." Thunder Dash said. He then thought about why he joined the RGAF and how this was going to affect his future. He also thought about his street racing friend Nitro Spark, one of the best street racers in Detrot.

Aurora smiles slightly "I've always loved being tactical,I've loved shooting,flying...so...I decided to put 2 and 2 together...and now,I'm going to be RGAF...and if I'm lucky...Night Guard..."he smiles and looks at his hooves "if you havent seen me shoot...you should...I've been told I was pretty accurate."he smiles.

"Well, for me, since I'm probably the only pegasus who can wield electricity, I figured "Why not join the RGAF to make them 2x as strong as they are now." Thunder Dash said. He had already finished up his pizza and got up. "So, what's next on the schedule? Target practice, aerial maneuvers, tactic practice " Thunder Dash asked.

Aurora blinked and looked at his watch and smiled "well,right now its aerobatics."he says as he gets up and walks with his new friend to the airfield and he looked at the clouds in the sky "hm..seems Dashie forgot to clear the skies today again."he says and laughs at his own joke.

"That's no problem!" Thunder Dash said as he zoomed in to the air. He sliced clouds left and right, up and down. He got done in a matter of 8.5 seconds flat. "Whoo! 8.5 seconds! That's a new record!" Thunder Dash said as he caught his breath. "That should do it." He added.

Aurora smiled at him and shook his head "ok,lets fly,remember...speed and agression..."he smiles with his eyes in an aggressive look before his iris' turned red,his wings opening quickly before he pushed off with them,the power of his wings making his body thrust up instantly,then he flew beside Thunder,ready to fly beside him.

"Ready?" Thunder Dash asked as he was building energy for a pulse launch. "Let's go!" Thunder Dash yelled as he shot into the air and a small shockwave spread throughout the ground. Thunder Dash nearly pulled an electra-sonic boom. "Try to keep up!" Thunder Dash said speeding his pace. He was almost at breaking point.
